The customer service rep was very patient, very helpful and was kind enough to help me secure the best prices and an additional discount. It was a pleasure to not be talked to by a robot trying use a brain that doesn't understand variances.

Sep 17,2022Ordered a floor mat on 9/5 and saw the order could take up to 25 days before shipment. Contacted customer service about this since the item said, "in stock". They responded quickly and explained materials were in in stock, but could take another 10 days. After asking to pull the order in, as the receipt of the item was time sensitive, they committed to shipping before 9/19, which they more than did, as I received the item on 9/14! I would consider the mat to be of high quality. I will likely order from FloorMatShop again!
