Dec 24,2021I ordered a heavy mat for the entryway to our office. We needed something which would absorb moisture when it rains and provides a surface to wipe your feet on when arriving just in case there is debris on them. I ordered a 60" X 36" mat (I think those are the correct dimension - I waited to write my review to see how well the product worked so I could leave an honest review). This mat is EXCELLENT. It is heavy duty but not so heavy that it can't be moved and cleaned when needed. It works flawlessly with the water and debris. It cleans easily. The color we received was true to that which was ordered and appeared on the website matching our new flooring. I would buy from this company again and again and again if the need arose.

Dec 19,2021I would not place an order on the weekend when there is no one in customer service to take your call. My first attempt at ordering one custom mat got kicked out -- apparently by their server. My second attempt at ordering was successful. BUT, THEIR COMPUTER PLACED TWO ORDERS FOR THE SAME THING. I have sent email back to them to cancel one of the orders, but I have no way of knowing until Monday if they are going to hit my credit card once or twice for the same order.

Update: I have received all mails; none with shipping info, just the one with status label created. And the same status still, want me to send all the screen shots? I gave you US ADDRESS; need that one again?
