Nov 29,2021The approximate sizing is confusing. The dimensions it curates to didn't make sense; and the explanation on the website didn't help. After I emailed customer service, it took a couple correspondences to get the answer I was looking for. I recommend adding a better explanation to the website +/ training staff on communicating the explanation of curating and why it takes some sizes down a couple inches and others down many more inches. My service rep Kate was patient with my questions and helped me successfully place my order based on the size of the space I had.
