May 19,2023After failing to deliver the Mother's Day flowers I had ordered (and paid extra delivery for), finally 3 days later managed to get in touch with a customer service representative via chat (no phone number on website?) who refunded the delivery fee and said another bouquet would be sent out. Confirmation received and was looking forward to my mom receiving the delivery (a week late, but it's the thought). Only today to receive a bizarre email that they are now suspending all West Coast operations and that my ordered is cancelled and a refund should be issued in 5-7 days. Just bizarre. Feels like a SCAM.

This is totally within the service you'd offered but it was a bday surprise for my sister and because the delivery was in the evening she spent most of the day feeling forgotten about rather than feeling special. Overall this made the whole experience less special. The time of the day can matter a lot, so it would be useful to have a heads up if delivery is going to be late in the day.
