Apr 22,2023We bought flowers in a vase for my mother in law for her 88th birthday. She had just had an eye operation. We specifically searched for flowers IN a vase so she would have to do nothing. We were very disappointed to find that the flowers were wrapped separately, so well wrapped she couldn’t unwrap them. The vase was separate, just loose in the bag. Even the ribbon was separate, not tied to anything. The flowers were beautiful, but it wasn’t what we wanted. So we paid extra for a vase we didn’t need and did not get the convenience we wanted.

Apr 22,2023The product is great. And online customer service pretty good. But the website clunky and not what one would expect from someone operating at this level. It is unintuitive, drops basket items, requests delivery details when already entered. Neither does it track delivery as it says … I have 2 orders in progress when they have clearly been delivered. Not great. I am also having to find out why a delivery of 2 items was split … the vase was supposed to be for the flowers! Not delivered 2 days apart. 🙄
