Mar 13,2023Good experience. Delivery to hotel worked even if special instructions were not completely followed. Update: the time was respected but the flowers were given to the reception and not consequently forwarded to the recipient as requested. Probably there was a communication issue. In the end this was not a big problem as the recipient went to reception to get the flowers and she was very happy! The flowers are still nice after almost a week and a flight in between.
