Dec 28,2022Attractive website, easy to navigate impressive choice. Straightforward to order, book delivery slot etc. Only disappointment is that I specifically selected white flowers as a gift for someone I know prefers white. Recipient later reported flowers were pink when they opened.

Dec 19,2022Flowers delivered without gift card, a friend encountered this problem with your company so this in not an isolated case. You need to improve your system. I had to contact recipient to find out if the flowers had been received. Not impressed.
