Dec 13,2022I ordered these flowers for a relative who had suffered a bereavement. Order No 000674189. I received order confirmation on 30/11 to say will be delivered on 03/12. Then email on 03/12 from dpd to say delivery today by 9pm. 03/12 further email from dpd to say delivery now by 11pm. Sorry but 11pm at night is too late so I had to inform the recipient as it was going to be so late at night this spoiling the surprise of a flower delivery. When I woke up next day I had a further dpd email to say delivery now04/12. Then later same day further email to say delayed again. Flowers finally delivered on04/12 but because of dpd the whole experience was spoiled. A berieved elderly woman living on her own being told to wait up till 11pm at night for a delivery that never actually came till the day after!0

Dec 13,2022Ordered flowers to be delivered for a friends birthday, days in advance. The driver cancelled delivery on the day after moving the time slot, did the same the next day and then finally delivered two days later. Therefore the birthday was missed, and they got old flowers. Totally unacceptable. Sent an email to flowerbx who have yet to respond. Awful customer service.

Dec 12,2022Flowers arrived quickly however when I asked to change my message only 20 min after my order was placed it couldn’t be changed. Also, the flowers don’t arrive in the vase as you would expect them to. They arrive in separate boxes.

Dec 11,2022I ordered flowers to be delivered for my daughters birthday and 2 days after my selected delivery date, I have received yet another email that they’ve been delayed. Let’s face it their flowers are not cheap which I stupidly thought would mean great quality and good service, but how wrong can you be! I cannot imagine the condition they will be in when/ if they arrive as they will of been hanging around in the freezing weather we are experiencing. I have sent several emails , but have heard nothing except 2 generic ones advising they will be deliverd the next day. I won’t be using flowerbx again.

Dec 10,2022My Mini Orchard Planter was wonderful quality when it arrived and looked stunning on my coffee table. After a couple of weeks the plant began to deteriorate and I was most surprised as I have had a large orchid before from Flowerbx which is now beginning to flower for the third time. I contacted Flowerbx Customer Service and Zoe was very very helpful. I sent photos of my Orchid Mini Planter and was given advice in case there may be a chance of the planter recovering. Sadly it did not so Zoe at Flowerbx arranged to have it replaced. Very rare to find such wonderful customer service, Zoe is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely recommend and use again.
