I made an online order for a delivery on 17th Jan and requested a delivery date of 24th January. in the comments I said to be delivered before 12noon. At 09:02 this morning I got an email stating "Your order is now on-board with one of our drivers and will be delivered shortly" 12 o@clock came and went. then I got chased by my boss for the flowers as the recipient was leaving around 3-3.30. I called customer service and Peter explained that my flowers hadn't been prepared as yet. They cannot guarantee a time and offered me a refund which I took. i then had to run to the nearest florist and purchase another bouquet. I'm disappointed I wasn't advised at the time of booking that a time couldn't be requested. I disappointed I was lied to via email of a delivery that didn't exist. Now I have paid for 2 bunches of flowers until i get a refund.

I apparently neglected to put a street address when I ordered flowers. The day.of delivery Flower Station emailed me to get that information and the flowers were delivered within an hour! Thank you sooooo much for being sure the flowers got there.

Long stem roses not short nice roses I always shop with yo and the roses I got white very small what you wood get from a super market stems was very weak always have beautiful flowers. But this occasion wasn't very please and paid alot for them too keep the stems long so people can cut off as much as they want too thanks you

I would not recommend this company for the delivery of flowers or anything else for that matter. I used their online platform to place an order to Stockport on 16 Jan 2024 only to learn that it still had not been delivered on the 18 Jan 2024 after paying for "Nationwide - Next day service £8.95". When I called them today 18 Jan, the same man who spoke to me on the 16 Jan, proceeded to tell me that I selected same day delivery and paid for same day delivery hence they couldn't delivery it as it was outside London. When I told him that this was not true, he continued with his rant with absolutely no regard for the truth. I proceeded to go back to their website and lo and behold, there are only 3 options in the delivery section and I chose and paid for the first option - Nationwide next day service £8.95. This was the same man who told me that anything outside London would be next day delivery. There was absolutely no apology from him or acknowledgment that perhaps they could have done better. There website is not well organised and is misleading in the way it’s written. Despite this, I hoped that by calling them and verifying everything before placing the order, everything would be fine but sadly that was not the case. I immediately cancelled the order and asked for a refund which I was told would arrive in 5 days, the standard timeframe (keeping fingers crossed this will materialise without issues). I reached out to another florist, this time local to Stockport - Verdure Floral Design - and they were extremely gracious, professional and timely. I placed my order with them, a bespoke order, at approx 2pm and it was delivered at 3pm that same day. They also sent me 3 text messages from time of departure to arrival at final destination. I appreciate that things don’t always go to plan but I think that the least a company can do is to strive to listen, understand, apologise and make good were possible. The service I received from Flower Station lacked in all aspect of good customer service. Hence I would not recommend them even if their flowers are beautiful because when it matters, they simply can’t deliver.
