Ordered flowers for Valentine's day days in advance, did not arrive at all, was not even contacted. Even days later, nothing. To be avoided at all cost
Did not manage to deliver on the nominated day, which was important and the whole thing. Even though after phone calls during the day they reassured they would deliver before 11pm. Recpient stayed home all day, never arrived. Refusing to refund, hard to reach, arguing about giving a store credit/redelivery 3 days after the nominated day. Untrustworthy and poor customer service. Momentum spoilt, no longer interested and them dragging the refund out makes me feel like the whole company is a scam. If you cant provide the service promised, you dont take the money! UPDATE: After several phone calls and emails back and forth, plus negative review they finally decided to refund(in the hope that I will remove my review). Unfortunately they made a lovely gesture a pain so I will not remove my review, as it reflects sincerely on how the business is run. But yes, I got my refund in the end! I only feel bad for the poor guy on the phone that had no managerial authority and had to listen to me go on and on and call over and over.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Expensive flowers for Valentine’s Day that didn’t arrive until 8pm. Flowers weren’t even fresh and provided no comfort on timing and likelihood of delivery. Strongly advise using a different flower service.
Terrible experience. They didn't deliver my Valentine's day order that I had submitted well in advance. They sent no updates on it being delivered or if they were having issues, so I wasn't able to adjust and find another flower shop. I haven't heard back from them yet on my follow ups either.
Not worth £99 I ordered a bouquet. It only came at 7 pm in the evening. It was certainly not worth £99 I would not recommend this florist to anyone go to Interflora
These guys suck. Last two orders. Valentine’s Day no show. No communication. Nothing. Overloaded on calls. Poor response. Previous order flowers died in a matter of hours. Happy to provide the photo proof and the emails with no response. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
Paid £160 for a bouquet for Valentines Day, and it still hasn't arrived. Its 8pm already. Wife is upset and crying. Disgusting service. Shame on you. Do not recommend to use them, stay away!!!
Paid £160 for a bouquet for Valentines day and the order still hasn't arrived. It's 7pm... The delivery driver was right next to my area and drove away very far now. Horrific service for such a price, not mentioning that the bouquet is way overpriced... I will not be returning as a customer 100%.
I ordered flowers for Tuesday the 14th and specified around or after 4 pm I got a email saying they tried to deliver at 11 but no one was there so they just decided drive away with them instead of leaving at reception or the door and on the tracking it says delivered. I tried call them 6 times but they never answered.

Roses arrived and are not fresh and stale looking every second one …. a great disappointment after £60 spent on valentines day!! Poor quality delivered by flower station. Order FS-1078769 3 days later the roses look bad and lifeless after we cut them too. Even Waitrose roses are far more superior. Terrible service overall: UPDATE: these pathetic roses never opened up and we threw them out as they looked utterly miserable and replaced with big beautiful roses from local florists! What a waste of money ….

Beautiful flowers. Busy work meant I forgot someone's special day, Google found Flower Station, quick online chat with Peter who kindly confirmed that they can deliver same day. Absolutely amazing service within 2 hours gifts and bouquet were delivered. These guys saved me from the humiliation and sleeping on carpet. Top company. I will use them again for sure.
I ordered from overseas. A surprise birthday gift. Everything went so smoothly. Updates were given.The flowers looked exactly as advertised (colours were different, as it depended on availability, but beautifully coordinated). Recipient was happy.

Feb 28,2024I picked this company for thank you flowers due to the excellent reviews here. The flowers were to be delivered to a colleague who went above and beyond and I had paid for the morning delivery so it would brighten their day. Imagine my surprise when DHL sent a message saying the delivery was scheduled at the end of the day. I called the Flower Station and to their credit they did apologise and refund me the extra cost for the morning delivery. However, DHL did not come. By this point my colleague, whom I had told would be delivered a gift, was quite stressed because it would affect their evening plans to wait longer. I told them to go home and I waited for the delivery. It finally arrived after the building had been locked and everyone else had left. They just dumped the flowers outside the building and left. If I had not been there watching the door it would have been a complete waste of a nice gesture (they had my number, they did not attempt to call to say the delivery had arrived). It was DHL that let them down, but flower delivery has to be an end to end service with partners who care and provide a good service, and while they are partnering with DHL I cannot recommend the Flower Station for any occasion where you care about the delivery time and the recipient's convenience and satisfaction. What a disappointment this was. UPDATE: 15th March 2024. The company responded to my concerns constructively and opened an enquiry with their delivery partner DHL. They also offered me a free bouquet to be delivered in London where they control the delivery. This did arrive on time, being hand delivered and was very nice. I am therefore pleased to recommend this company for delivery within London. It is a shame their delivery partner outside London let them down.
