Dec 08,2019they dont disclose information about technical haults till you book the flight and then their backend team calls and confirms there is a technical hault. Since the booking is done you will not be able to do anything since they dont offer 24hr free cancellations.

He gave me clear details and possible best options for my safety as iam traveling with infant. Finally he found the best option which suits my requirement. During this discussion at some point I showed my frustration but still that point also he is so calm understand my needs and gave me the best deal. To be frank I never experienced such a excellent customer service agent in my experience. FInally I would rate him with 5* excellent rating.
