Went to visit a mate two years ago in Harlow (2019) and we happened to walk past Fogg Father in the local mall. I'm a keen vaper having completely given up smoking cigarettes a month before my son was born. Looked quite impressive so we went inside, spoke to a young chap who worked in there called George, he was so knowledgeable and friendly I upgraded my vape and bought a load of new liquids to try out. Since then I have ordered all my liquids from them, I still order by phone or website and their service is just exceptional, they know their customers and really do emphasise what customer service is all about. I would highly recommend anyone to try Fogg Father.

They went above and beyond to resolve an issue with the courier to ensure I had my liquids before the Easter weekend absolutely brilliant service 10/10
