Oct 19,2022I popped into the Harlow branch and was greeted by two members of staff. Both were super professional and friendly and asked me a number of questions to be able to get the right products to me. I was pretty overwhelmed with the huge selection available and these members of staff were absolutely awesome and gave me so much helpful insight into my new journey into vaping. As an ex smoker my requirements were quite simple, I needed nicotine and was open to flavours to try. Aston was able to educate me on the way I'm using the vape to avoid damaging the coils. As a total newbie to this, I am so grateful she dealt with me. By the end of my transaction I actually felt like inviting her to join my family for Christmas dinner in a few months. I feel like a valued customer and look forward to my next visit. This is top class, five star rated customer service, this is where your sales personnel have a vast knowledge of products and how to use them as well as having a solid personality too. I will not hesitate to recommend this store to my friends, family and colleagues who are also trying to pack in the dirty ciggies. If your considering vaping, please don't waste your time with disposable vapes and actuallu invest in some quality service and products from Aston at the Harlow Branch. Amen 🙏
