Nov 14,2024This company is a scam. This website came up when I was searching flights. I was so happy when I saw some reasonable prices after trying to not break my pocket. I immediately booked my flight for 3 travellers......couldn't believe how much I paid. Only to receive an email from Nathan asking me to call immediately as my reservations was not yet confirmed. So I hurriedly called thinking that something was wrong with my payment. So I called and requested to speak to Nathan only for him to tell me that the ticket I purchased is promotion,that my reservation is a stand by so I'm even guaranteed to fly and I was not allowed any bags not even if I wanted to pay for my bags at the airport. That I can be offered other options...the other options were outrageous one of which I would have to pay an extra 1500USD for all 3 travellers after paying 1400USD already. I then said please cancel my reservations at this point because the options I was offered was not feasible for me. I was then told that my tickets were non-refundable even though I was canceling within 24hrs. I told Nathan I would reach out to my bank to dispute the transaction as he insisted that when I booked the flights all of the above was mentioned.....which they weren't. They weren't even mentioned after I paid for the reservations. After spending a wasted hour on the phone. I was told by Nathan that if I can't afford to travel then I shouldn't be booking flightsand was hung up on. I wish I could give this company a double zero star but unfortunately I can't. Nathan kept sighing on the phone as to seem disgusted as I told him I am not complying to any of his suggestions and I am calling my bank. I also told him I work in customer service as well and that this was in poor taste and I hope someone can learn from my experience.

Nov 13,2024This service is a scam. When I called to inquire about my flight booking, they provided information over the phone that was not on the website nor in the email I received. I spent more than 10 minutes getting transferred to various people, with extremely poor call quality. During the call I became concerned about the legitimacy of the business. I informed a representative of such and he made a poor attempt at placating me. I requested the booking request be cancelled as it was still in progress and not yet finalized. I was repeatedly told it was a special deal so he couldn’t cancel it on his end. He refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor and refused to advise how I could cancel the booking myself. This company is a fraud.

Nov 13,2024I made the flight purchase because I saw the great prices. After I paid for the flights I receive a call and I’m told I have to pay $$$ more to have luggage and my flights were switched. I literally tried to cancel within minutes of booking and was told non refundable. I even showed a cheaper flight but upon booking it, I gave the booking number to this company who called the airline to cancel my booking.

He would thank me for having patience with him when really it was HIM having patience with me in dealing with the mess I HAD. Hè never got flustered or impatient in my moments of indecisiveness. It took a long time to work through it all, he probably could of helped 5 people in the time he had to deal with me. Thank-you Paul. You're a blessing.

Nov 15,2024FRAUD ALERT!! I will give 0 star to this company. This company charged my credit card 4 times. When I called to check, the agent said dont be over smart. I spoke to two agents and 1 Supervisor and all of them were rude. Rudest customer service I ever received. They wont cancel my ticket 5 minutes after booking. They will not give my Airlines ticket confirmation number before 24 hours of departure. I also heard other agents getting the same calls from customers for the same issue. So this is what this company is doing. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
