Dec 16,2024Fraudulent and Unreliable Airline Booking Service - Beware! I had a terrible experience with this company, and I strongly urge others to avoid them at all costs. They sell air tickets that do not match the promised flight schedules, causing unnecessary confusion and stress. The flight times were completely off, leaving me stranded and scrambling to figure out my travel plans.This company’s behavior feels like scam.

I booked 2 months before my flight and received a confirmation of my itinerary, day after i received a call from the staff saying that my return wasnt confirm due to fare increase. I have no option but to pay extra. Upon agreeing to pay the extra, i immediately received an email of confirmation. On the day of my flight, when I get my boarding pass, I was surprised when the airline staff told me that my name is not in the system and instructed me to call the booking site. Immediately called the numbers and to my surprised my flight wasn't confirmed. And their excused was, the person booked my flight is no longer in the company. After hearing that, I hang the fon and went back home called the bank and dispute the charge.

Dec 11,2024WARNING ON BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY! I booked a flight that was a good deal price for me. I had to wait to validate this booking. They were to send me a email notification to confirm. I received the email notification and it stated to call and finalize the booking for my trip. All was good, verifying all information that was in my booking request. Then the agent was like send us a copy of your government i.d and the credit card used for the purchase, just need to see the last 4 numbers. I did not send my credit card info. The agent then said that the original flights time changed from morning to afternoon. I said ok, then he said let me process everything and I will be sending your flight itinerary number as well as the air flight info. We'll my original price was doubled. Once the agent came back, he said ok I have booked your flight and you should get your itinerary information shortly. Your total charge was this amount and I said WAIT, your charging me double if what I approved originally. I said NO CANCEL! WELL GUESS WHAT, THE CHARGED MY BANK IMMEDIATLY! NOW IM FIGHTING FOR A REFUND!
