Dec 21,2024please stay away from this company is a total scam I booked my fly online ,then they called one hour later to tell me that price will chance $600 more and they wil change my dates, and when I said no way they told me.DO should have money to fly. I requested a cancellation and they said NOT .in the email they sent said your card will not chargé after you have a confirmation tiket. NOOOO compren tikets en esta pagina por favor .son estafadores te dejan hacer la reserva en linea luego te llaman y te dicen que ya no hay vuelo ,te dan las fechas que ellos quieren y te cambian el precio varias veces mas de $ 600 y ni contar cuando pides cancelar,te dicen que si no leiste la poliza de cancelacion y que si estas comprando un pasage para viajar es por que tienes dinero para pagar.CUIDADO NO SOY LA PRIMERA Y NO SERE LA ULTIMA

Dec 20,2024I made a foolish error by booking an inexpensive flight without reading the conditions. The floor manager and Krista were very understanding and helpful rebooking another flight that met all my criteria. I was relieved and grateful for the professional way in which I was treated. Foggyfly is to be recommended.

Dec 20,2024BEWARE! This Company is a SCAM! Don’t ever fall on their enticing prices online. They only use it scam people! I booked online from Korea to USA 2 way. It was showing $1250 at their website. So i booked, entered by credit card details then confirmed my booking. My “ill got feeling” says research about this company! So i did, and i read 85% of negative reviews about the company. So i immediately freeze my card and call the bank to inform them my card is lost and need a replacement. 4 hours later, i received a call from an “indian accent agent” saying the flight i bought was sold out, i need to pay $3409+ . I said no way. Then they give me a date which is 2 weeks after the planned trip. And i said no bc we are attending a wedding. I was telling them to just cancel my booking then, Guy said, no, it is non refundable, you can only change flight but no refund. I just hanged up! SCAMMERS! Good thing I acted fast to freeze and call bank! So nothing was charged in my CC

Dec 20,2024I was charged more than what I originally booked my flight by almost 300 bucks. They changed airports and said the dates changed but when I got my itinerary it showed the original dates. So I basically added 30p bucks to be put at a further airport. I don't recommend this service at all

They sold me a ticket at $330 I was very happy, but 3 hours later I received a call from them saying that I needed to pay another $330 for my suitcase and seats. I just wanted to cancel the plane altogether and then on top of everything they charge $100 fee to cancel my ticket. I am extremely upset with foggyfly do not go through them for tickets it's a trap! This is the first and the last time I go through them!!!

Dec 19,2024Son fatales! Venden un boleto en promoción en la plataforma de Cheapflight sin colocar las restricciones. Al día siguiente me escriben indicando que me comunique urgente. Hablamos y me dicen en principio, le voy a indicar las restricciones (luego de haber comprado) y si no está de acuerdo no reserva porque no se han emitido los tickets. Todo bien hasta allí. Luego de decírmelas, y decirme que uno de los 2 boletos reservados, quedará en lista de espera, le digo no me conviene y me dice, de todos modos te cobro la reserva porque era un tiquete en promoción. Le digo, pero si no haz emitido los tiquetes, me dice no importa, de todas formas reservaste. Pero reservé qué? si me estás diciendo que los asientos que compré no existen. SON UNOS LADRONES! Tuve que advertirle al banco que no aceptara el cobro. Han intentado cobrarme 3 veces unos tickets que no se han emitidos, que no existen asientos. DEBEN notificar en todas las plataformas donde vendan sus productos que hay restricciones de este tipo. Porque solo aparece que los asientos no son contiguos y que las maletas solo es mochila, pero lo importante no lo notifican. Y el truco es para que pagues más por el boleto, porque enseguida me dice tengo otra categoría, debe pagar $1,300 más, o sea. Estoy pagando $650 por 2 como voy a pagar esa cantidad de más????

Dec 19,2024Ethan was very helpful in cancelling my flight. 5 stars for him. The booking process is quite confusing, and needs human intervention, and they would need you to upgrade to process a PNR. Ethan helped me navigate through the mayhem and helped me cancel my flight with them.

Dec 18,2024This is based on my personal experience: THIS 'COMPANY' I WOULD NOT WISH ON MY WORST ENEMY WE BOOKED A FLIGHT AND DID NOT RECEIVE THE TICKETS I CALLED UP TO CHECK AND FOUND OUT THEY WERE TRIPLING THE TOTAL COST SHOWN BECAUSE WE BOOKED A 'PROMOTIONAL ECONOMY' WHEN IT WAS NOT CLEARLY STATED IN THE WEBSITE I ASK FOR A REFUND AND THEY SAID WE CANNOT GET A REFUND I ASK TO CANCEL THE PAYMENT THEY WILL NOT THE REFUND POLICY WAS NOT CLEAR TO ME AT TIME OF PURCHASE For anyone who looked up this 'company' DO NOT BOOK SAVE YOUR MONEY

Dec 18,2024The customer service Rep, Matthew - failed to include my carry on luggage in my upgrade payment. The first question he asked me was about luggage, he claims he never asked about luggage and told me I would have to pay at that on the day of flight. This is so untrue because I had to pay for an upgrade on another ticket for my daughter for the same day and her carry-on luggage was included in the upgrade cost. He did not want to confess that he made a mistake. Then he proceeded to tell me it was listed in the email about the luggage, he knew that was incorrect. Because I distinctly recalling asking him is there any addil I am going to pay when they call and issue my boarding pass. Then Matthew proceeded to tell me Frontier and Spirit Airlines does not let you pay for luggage when purchasing the ticket (he wanted to insult my intelligence). He then offers me a cost for carry on luggage at $84.99, but I told him no, I will pay $50, but we agreed to $60. Then I informed him of how in competent he was, then he threatened to refund me the $60 luggage charge and said I can pay $100 at the airport - because he said I was speaking bad about him - I told I was speaking truth to the situation. I was very upset because I had to pay more money for a fight that initially started at $89.00 now I have paid up to $280.00. I will never use this company again. GOOD RIDDENS

Dec 18,2024An absolute scam….selectively withheld information on a booking. When we finally figured out what we were getting for the price, and prior to charging our credit card, we told them we are not interested. Agent told us we could not cancel, and within 30 minutes charged our credit card ( which we are disputing). Proceed at your own risk with this company!

Dec 17,2024SCAMMERS!!! I booked flights from Australia to USA. Contacted them to ask why payment had not been taken out of my CC some weeks later. Only for them to tell me my flight was not booked by them only on hold and now if I wished to keep the flights the price was tripled! I believe this is their way of scamming people into booking through them by offering a cheaper price then pushing it up to the actual price after you make a booking. I sent two emails, one 24hrs after making booking then another today. Both emails ignored no reply. Call the 24hr number and was told I cannot cancel booking and must pay the much much higher prices. I told them to cancel my booking and had to use my words, as the man with broken English speaking sounded like he was in an Indian call centre did not seem to get it! It ended in an argument to cancel the booking. It was extremely frustrating to get this person to listen. If anyone chooses this company to book flights buyer beware… make sure you call and confirm your booking don’t just print out your flight details and think it was that easy or affordable. Flights are not actually book till you agree on a higher price then you originally booked.
