Nov 01,2024ordered 3x garden statues (lady with butterfly). Two arrived without incident. Statue 3 arrived damaged with arm broken off. Sent pics as requested and was told that I broke this arm " I can tell". That they had never had an issue with item delivered. He refused our request for replacement. Essentially, I was told I was a liar. So now I have been accused of lying, I am down 1 statue, and I am out $159-00! I asked if item could be picked up as I did not know where the store was- when this was not feasible, I asked if there was a mid-point, we could both come to- no reply. Photos were sent and the rebuff from you I have already described- you essentially told my husband the damage was our fault, and you would not replace item I never said you broke item I have said that the statue arrived broken-surely it was insured. And despite all this rhetoric at the end of the day I have 1 x broken statue and am out $159-00. Also you have done nothing except offer excuses at the end of the day-poor service *I am not saying for you to drive up here I only made reference to this once because initially I did not know where you were and have not asked for you to come here since- so drop this argument. All I am saying now is that after we sent pics to you, you have done everything you can to remove any responsibilities you may have in delivering a product in 1 piece. I did not pay $150-00 to glue my purchase myself. I don't want a glued statue- I want what I purchased a whole and intact staue. If you ask me to glue it again- I will continue to give bad reviews of your company. You did not provide me with the item i purchased- i was delivered a broken item. You say that nyou have service second to none- then show it-stand by your products and stop giving me excuses Thank you

Oct 18,2024The customer service was excellent. I changed my mind to buy a different (cheaper) wall fountain that suited where we were going to hang it, after I ordered & paid online for it. I didnāt think I would be able to do this, but it was changed with no problems at all & delivery of the new wall fountain was quick & seamless. I would highly recommend the Fountain Store, they have a great selection as well.
