Aug 11,2024Images are not accurate to show the product to scale. The product I bought is shown in the image with an armchair in it however when I received the product it’s tiny, the armchair would need to be a toy to sit as shown in the image. When the issue was raised to their customer service team they were argumentative, condescending and never sent me the return paperwork as requested so couldn’t ben get a refund. Be very careful to buy off them. Rrad every word in their advertisement as their images cannot be trusted and don’t expect a refund if you are not happy.

Sep 17,2024The fountain arrived really quickly however I was initially disappointed with the product due to the price paid ($500) versus the quality of the product. However, the fountain has brought so much joy to the household so I’ve had to let the disappointment go.
