Nov 22,2024I really love the fountain and the romantic aspect. I bought it for our wedding anniversary. We were unsure about the power cord as the picture showed a three prong power and there was only two prong with no earthing prong. I phoned to check if this was ok especially due to being around water. I was reassured that it was low voltage and it wasn't needed. Working well and looks great outside our bedroom.

Nov 13,2024I was not happy with the service I received I did not receive all the parts. I had to ring to get part of the parcel delivered as was missing. Then there were still parts missing and I was told it was my fault that I should have taken a picture of what I had received. When I had no idea what was exactly supposed be included in the box . I purchased this over three weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the part to be delivered which I was told it would be sent express post . Which was over a week ago and won’t be delivered till next week. I payed a lot of money for this bubble water fountain and are not impressed with service I have received.

Nov 11,2024Very fast delivery and the water feature was better than expected. The only thing I wasn't expecting was the picture of the water feature on the outside of the box. This was a gift that I had delivered to the receiver home, unfortunately she saw the picture on the side of the box before I could gift it to her that afternoon. It is a lovely water feature.
