May 03,2021Fox Grant and in particular Maddie made the purchase of our new house so easy. I cannot recommend this estate agent enough, helpful and friendly staff and extremely professional. Maddie went above and beyond to help us throughout the purchase and when we completed she gave me the keys to the new house along with a box of goodies and a card from Fox Grant - little things that made the day even more enjoyable.

Nov 26,2020The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that our home took a while to sell, this due to Brexit and the pandemic but the team kept up the momentum throughout. We found William and his team to be consistently attentive, available and professional in all their dealings with us. It is clear they have much experience in this specialist area of the market and we felt in safe hands. William with his unique style, navigated a way to a satisfactory conclusion for us. If, like us, you have a much loved unique house with grounds we can highly recommend William and his team to you.

Throughout the whole process we have been impressed by their honest approach and straightforward professionalism. William and Charlotte gave us confidence in marketing the property and advice on improvements. We received an offer within days of going live which resulted in a sale. We would also like to give recognition to Megan Budd who liaised with the buyers at the time the offer was made and secured a deal on our behalf. She and the team provided us with the most excellent service, always fed-back and conducted every aspect of the business with complete professionalism. I cannot recommend Fox Grant highly enough or with more enthusiasm. We chose them because they have that 'extra something' and they knew what they were talking about regarding rural and equestrian properties, They didn't employ the typical awful, tiresome sales chat, tactics and pressure either and this was refreshing. While this has been the most difficult time for everyone with Brexit and the Covid 19 lock-downs and despite not selling the property for us on this occasion (unless a recent introduction comes back of course) I can report that Charlotte and the team did everything in their power to get a successful sale throughout the whole process. Mar 13,2020We sold our equestrian property near Newbury through Fox Grant towards the end of 2019. We chose them because Charlotte and William gave us confidence that they understood the kind of property we were selling, which some of the big chains didn't. Despite a tricky housing market, they immediately secured multiple viewings and within 2 weeks we had a very good offer. However selling is never straightforward, and whilst we waited for our buyers to secure their own sale, Charlotte kept the momentum up, dealing with slow solicitors, numerous enquiries about covenants, and finally a planning application in woodland adjacent to our land just as we were about to exchange. She kept us calm and positive throughout and finally the sale went through. Thank you Charlotte and William, now please find us a house to buy too!

Mar 04,2020Branch manager Charlotte is one of the most honest and integral people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She’s professional, knowledgeable and therefore likeable and easy to get along with. Charlotte does not beat around the bush and makes it very clear what needs to happen in order to progress deals. The transaction I was involved in was less than simple, but both Charlotte and William did everything they could to resolve the issues with the title and the deal has now exchanged. I would not hesitate to recommend Charlotte and Fox Grant in the future.

Jun 22,2021Purchased a property from Charlotte at Fox Grant Property Specialists on February 2021 and completed on June 1st 2021. Charlotte and her Team kept us informed right from the start until the very end. We had a hiccup on the day of exchange as the owners decided to pull out from the sale. We were all devastated but after a week of negotiations with the owners, Charlotte and her Team manage to persuade them to carry on with the sale which they did and they expressed to us how sorry they were to have put us through all the upset. After an awful week of not knowing it turned out incredibly well. Would like to thank Charlotte and her amazing Team for all the efforts that they put in on our behalf, we would not be in our new home without them. We would not hesitate to use Fox Grant again in the future if we decided to sell. Many many thanks to you all again.
