Aug 06,2016I went with Fox Grant because they proposed a promotion and sale by sealed bids on a specific date and they had a good equestrian reputation. Instead I got random low offers mostly from non equestrians, as I was in a hurry to sell I had to take a low offer from someone who had no interest in the land who took ages to complete despite being a "cash" buyer. I had 2 better offers from "walk ins" after I had accepted this offer. So I know money was left on the table.

Jun 28,2016Our realtor clearly understood the rural area and our sales 'product', actually a 5-6 acre field with stables. Dealt with it from start to complete finish very effectively. Good communications and excellent at making sure all the other parties, some competing, were kept informed.

Jun 09,2016We purchased a property through Fox and Grant recently, the purchase took just short of a year due to land registry complications. We felt we received excellent service from start to finish, the team always had time to explain details of the purchase to us and Adam would always phone us back if we needed more information. Fox and Grant are a cut above any Estate agent I have ever used and would definitely recommend and definitely use in the future if we ever move. I would say without hesitation you are in safe hands if you sell or purchase your property through Fox and Grant, fantastic team.

Whilst we were abroad, they maintained good communication and negotiated a time scale to allow us to find a property out of the area. Apr 07,2016Our property, a 15 acre equestrian smallholding, had previously been offered by another agency with very poor results. After 3 months we switched to Fox Grant. They suggested a novel approach to the sale, including lotting the land separately and arranging an 'open day'. They also produced a set of very attractive colour brochures. This led to a number of viewings from highly suitable prospective buyers and an eventual sale that was in excess of our original expectations. We would have no hesitation in recommending Fox Grant's service, and would like to thank Liz in particular for her very effective 'show-rounds' and moral support throughout the sale process!

Feb 22,2016Both James(Jimmy) and Cantie have over the past 2 years:Yes it took that long to sell the cottage; shown how patient,determined and driven to success they both are. The cottage was sold 7 times before reaching a conclusion, but Fox Grant hung on in there to the end.They were sympathetic and informative giving good sound advise at all times dealing with myself and family and difficult clients. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective clients.

Feb 22,2016The brochure was very disappointing & many people including the purchasers said it didn't do the property justice. Considering that we did all the viewings we consider the fee to have been excessive. Although the agency were unfailingly polite we usually had to chase them. When we phoned for progress reports we were told that they were just about to call! In the future we would use an online agency.

He throughout the whole time was polite,informative and patient in pushing it forward.The way he kept on moving it forward was excellent. I don't think it would have gone this way without his help. Jan 08,2016In 2015 Fox Grant were successful in securing the sale of our equestrian business, land and house to a single buyer at the price we required. Selling a business isn't easy at the best of times, and when it is bundled together with your home and land it could be a real nightmare without the right agents to guide you through the process. Fox Grant were able to demonstrate their huge experience in this area and guide us through each stage of the process to ensure that we were able to make the best return on the sale. Numerous other similar businesses were also on the market locally, but with the support of William and Adam we felt that we were always a more attractive option to buyers thanks to the way the sale was packaged and presented. All aspects were first class, from the marketing materials and brochures we had produced to the features in industry press which Fox Grant were able to secure. The personal service and hands-on manner of the team made a real difference to us and I will not hesitate in recommending Fox Grant. They will be my first call should we be needing any advice with property or land in the future and will definitely be handling any future sales.

Phil Howard was absolutely instrumental in ensuring the sale was completed as soon as possible, by keeping all parties up to date and taking the initiative to chase and help resolve issues during the conveyancing process. My wife and I always feel supported and listened to. Adam Field is in charge of lettings and he is endlessly patient and charming to all parties.
