Sep 26,2015Phil and the team were first class. His valuation was spot on, no silly valuations in order to get the business or to be able to make a quick sale. He worked extremely hard in order to achieve the target he set. Communications were superb even while we were away in Australia. His support was crucial in helping us maintain our sanity throughout what turned out to be a long and complicated sale. His advice was always aimed at what he considered was in our best interests, not once did we ever get the feeling that Fox Grant just wanted to get a sale in order to get their commission. I have no hesitation in recommending Phil and his team to anyone.

Courteous, efficient and very professional, they have sold 2 of our 3 properties and are at work on the third. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering selling either an Equestrian or residential property.

Phil facilitated at several levels, and by doing so ensured that both buyer and seller were kept happy and the transaction happened as smoothly as possible, and he even helped us organise practical things to ensure we could enjoy our new house. All at Fox Grant in fact were very good, I just wish we could have had such an estate agent to sell our previous property.

Although a small team , they worked very professionally at all times , feedback was swift , and they took charge of all the viewings , which worked extremely well . We cannot fault them - and have to say Cantie's skills as a photographer are fab - the brochure surpassed one previously shot by a professional ! Don't go anywhere else !!

May 16,2015Fox grant supported us in the sale and purchase of two properties over a 3 year period. William was pivotal in securing a very good price for our cottage. Without his support I do not believe we would have sold it so well. We purchased a 45 acre farm 3 years later and they were very honest throughout the process and again supposed us as buyers as expected. I would not hesitate in using them again

We had previously been on the market with two nationals and received no offers causing a great deal of frustration. William is a little like Marmite, however he is relentless in pursuing a sale - in my opinion there is no other agent like him, we were delighted with the results and his personal commitment to us. Selling and buying is stressful, and became even more so when the sale of our own house fell through. However, Phil Howard was always there to support us throughout the process and would often be responding to our emails late into the evening. Phil helped us think outside the box about some of the issues we encountered, and acted as a sounding board on many occasions. Fox Grant were more than an estate agent, they were a true partner in the process.
