Jul 26,2017My main reason for giving 5 * to Fox Grant is Adam Field, (although there's some very good admin. staff in his office too). He is intelligent, professional, listens, actually tries to understand clients, has integrity, honesty, a sense of humour that he keeps under control if you want him to, and goes the extra mile whether you're selling or buying. We've known him for 9 years (during which time we've bought and sold a few times) and have just sold our house through Fox Grant in Wiltshire. Adam found really good buyers, managed the sale brilliantly, and was always a pleasure to deal with, as usual. Would I use them again? Absolutely. And there's no other estate agent I'd say that about.

Fox Grant did us proud in facilitating the sale so quickly and with such little hassle. Instruction to completion took just under two months which made our situation so much easier. We have used Fox Grant before to sell our last house so knew exactly what to expect a good honest friendly service. This being our forever home we hope not to have to move again but would use them next time, with out a doubt.

They returned my calls promptly, were efficient, helpful, understanding, calm and knowledgable about the rather "uncertain housing market," during the time our house was on the market. They kept us informed at all times, and were endlessly patient with some difficult potential buyers who kept changing their minds! The people who eventually bought our house even told us how delighted they were with the help given tto hem by James and Canti. I would recommend Fox Grant because they gave a very personal service and made what could have been a traumatic experience (after 26 years living in our much loved home), much more plesent than expected!
