I have always been a huge fan of the company- the flowers are always incredible and last wonderfully- they're also very eco friendly. Their customer service is also fantastic- they clearly really value their customers and their staff are a credit to the brand.

Jan 06,2025I was sent a Freddies flowers wreath as a thoughtful present. It was very poor, thrown together in a haphazard manner with foliage flopping about, no symmetry or care put into it. Had to pull the pieces out, cut them and try to make the best of it

Jan 06,2025Our first 3/4 boxes were good quality however from late November the deliveries started not arriving via able and cole, dpd then delivered flowers which had been with them 2 days so they arrived half dead. The final straw has been an extra box ordered for Christmas eve was cancelled due to dpd at 4pm leaving me missing a present for someone Christmas day. You would think they would want to rectify this but instead a refund was automatically processed and after me speaking to amber today a cancellation of my account was made by myself when they made no offer to keep me just a basic apology. Extremely poor customer service that's started from a simple delivery issue. Please look elsewhere.

Jan 06,2025I opted for the upgraded flowers for Christmas and it was well worth it. A much fuller bouquet of which a few of the stems are still going strong more than 2 weeks later.

Jan 06,2025My Husband ordered showstopper flowers for my birthday in December. Have been receiving flowers from Freddie for the last couple of years. Unfortunately on this occasion they arrived in quite poor condition first time ever. It happens, On contacting Freddie’s they were replaced within a couple of days. Great service, the new flowers were stunning. Thank you 🌹🌹

Jan 05,2025It was a lovely bunch of flowers and most are still going strong. My only disappointment was that it did not have as much of a Christmas feel. There was red lacking, the lilies looked brick orange and no white included either. As I am about to move house and did not have a Christmas tree, I thought that I would spend out extra on Christmas flowers, so a tad disappointed.

Jan 04,2025I couldn’t believe I had a delivery on New Years Day morning!! Lovely surprise. I have been receiving these flowers for more than 2 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I send them to family and friends who all say they are the best flowers they have ever had. Great value for money. Beautiful display that last for 2 weeks. Very happy customer.

The process from start to finish is easy, I get notified when they are due and when they have been delivered, the flowers are always beautiful and the scent from them is gorgeous, keep up the good work guys ❤️

Jan 04,2025Up to our delivery on 28 December last year the flowers had been fantastic but those just before Christmas were disappointing and with friends and family visiting we were forced to buy from elsewhere. We did leave a review but sadly heard nothing back. Our next delivery is due 10 January and we are hoping for normal quality to be resumed.

Jan 04,2025Freddie's flowers are always first rate and last for a few weeks. You get to see the types of flower that will be delivered week by week and can decide whether you want that have them that week or not. They also cater for cat owners with a "no lily" option.

Jan 04,2025Update: it's not often I'm blown away by customer service, but this has truly been one of those times. Caitlin was kind enough to pick up on my previous review and handled this in such a kind manner. Caitlin made sure that my issue was resolved and made me aware of things being put in place to resolve the issues raised. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and has reengaged me as a future customer. Excellent service. I was really looking forward to a subscription with Freddies Flowers but unfortunately, we didn't get off to the best start. Delivery - the driver delivered my flowers and left them on the doorstep without even knocking. We live on a main road, so anyone walking past could have taken them. Delivery driver sent me a text 45 minutes later to say they had been delivered. Packaging - the packaging was really nice actually, I love that you get a review guide telling you how to set up. However the set up guide was not particularly useful as it showed important stems had been missed from the bunch. Flowers - althought the flowers received were fresh, they were missing roses and santini buds. These were the main flowers in the bunch, so I was left with just 2 roses, and no santini buds at all. In total, there were 2 roses, 2 other buds, 2 eucalyptus stems and 2 stems of foliage. The bunch looks really sparse in all honesty. I've cancelled the subscription based on this as in all honesty, paying £26 every 2 weeks for less than £8 worth of flowers was not what I had expected!
