Sep 24,2024I placed an order for my cousins 50th. Once I realised she hadn't received them, I sent Freddie's Flowers an email and their reply was a 'sorry but there was an error in processing'. The reply lacked sincerity and should have offered more than just a re-imburse. Buying flowers is an emotional purchase and alongside this, you ruined what should have been a lovely special moment. With this in mind, the flowers should have been sent and customer re-imbursed. Such a disappointing experience. I won't be recommending Freddie's Flowers in the future.

Sep 24,2024Great experience, Bought it as a gift, They loved it and it looks beautiful. They came with insructions, wrapped and plant food. They didn't have all the flowers shown so they sent a replacement flower

Sep 23,2024Disappointing flowers for the last two deliveries and seems very overpriced for what would be less than £10 worth of flowers to buy in the florist/supermarket. Most of the stems were well past their best and the display only lasted 3/4 days before browning and petals falling. Not particularly easy to get through on the phone to cancel; had to phone back 4 times before someone answered. Very much seemed to be an overseas call centre too, which never makes being understood particularly easy.

Sep 23,2024My wife loved the suprise of having flowers delivered for our wedding anniversary. I thought they were a little bit smaller than expected. However after putting in water they did open a little. My wife is very happy with them.

Sep 19,2024Very disappointing. First bouquet arrived as described. But subsequent ones never had the blooms advertised. Got fed up contacting them..for them to simply discount the next bouquet so compensation dependant on you staying subscribed. They make it very hard to cancel your subscription with link on website leading nowhere and I’m currently holding on the phone line provided - it’s been 35 mins so far!

Sep 19,2024Honestly one of the best customer services out there. I made an error and sent Birthday flowers without realising the person was away. I asked to change delivery date, and was sadly too late (my fault entirely). Freddy Flowers (Gabieba) offered to send a replacement on their return, as well as emailing late into the evening to help me. Absolutely brilliant company, and will only buy flowers from them going forward!

Sep 18,2024Flowers not delivered. No reply to my email this morning. How good can your service get? Your customer care response is interesting but unhelpful. My email to you was from the reply section of your confirmation of my order and welcoming message. Once we got our communications sorted out Freddie's Flowers excelled. My daughter received a special bouquet of flowers with which she was thrilled and I received a refund. Freddies Flowers could have done no more to make up for a hiccup in service.
