Good flowers and delivery
The flowers that arrived as a present were terrible and frankly the petrol station ones are better! They were nothing like any of the ones seen at the food festival show at Goodwood or on the website and I feel that I should have had a refund but they refused. Never buy anything from them again.
Had an issue with my order which was quickly solved by Celeste, received a refund and a new bunch of flowers. Fantastic customer service!

Deliveries got worse after I contacted customer support. I got back in touch and the person that read the email just cancelled my order rather than get in touch to try and resolve the issues.

Recently encouraged to use Freddie's Flower again, but slightly disappointed with the quality. Unfortunately I have been trying to cancel my account. No response to my emails or my request to cancel. Very disappointed with the customer service. Everything went exactly as expected. The flowers were delivered promptly on the planned day and were of excellent quality. The gift was very much appreciated.
Great flowers but frequently quite inconsistent with the colours which are shown in the photos online - I sent some flowers as a birthday gift, none were the same colour as online, and a majority were purple instead of pink.

I emailed to cancel my subscription on 14th July 2024, and nobody replied more than a month later.
I have ordered flowers for my mom a week (working days!)in advance but they didnt get there in time not the day after and I cant track the flowers,cause the link they sent doesnt work at all. I couldnt even reach out Freddie's by phone and they didnt reply to any of my 3 emails! I am really disappointed an upset that I spent £65 and didnt even get an apology for delay or a solution for this problem.
I ordered flowers to be delivered on Monday. They were not delivered. No communication from Freddie’s Flowers. I called on Tuesday and they tell me they didn’t have time the day before, and that the flowers were still with the delivery driver. They recalled them and resent a fresh bunch, but not until Wednesday at 8pm in the evening, which was two, nearly three days after they were required!!Not good enough. The recipient said the flowers were lovely, but I wouldn’t use or recommend this company in the future. They are not reliable enough. **edit** I received an email from Freddie's flowers today, refunding the cost of the flowers, which was a lovely gesture from them, and much appreciated as they were ordered as a group gift. Thank you**

So disappointed with trying to subscribe to Freddie’s flowers. I had received a discount code for two monthly boxes at £12.50 the first try the discount messed up so I cancelled and the second order was successful but I was charged full-price. So sad because the flowers are really lovely I did receive my refund promptly but they aren’t too fussed if they lose customers.

Sep 03,2024Took money for flowers I didn’t ask for. There System is stupid! I cancelled all flowers for August online as I knew I wasn’t going to be here! Had a notification that my delivery was the next day. Tried to cancel but too late (even though I had already cancelled it). Received the flowers - few days after sitting in the box obviously had to go in the bin as I knew I wouldn’t be there to collect and they had wilted already! Have cancelled all together, sent them an email explaining this is their mistake not mine and no reply. £29 for a wilted bunch of flowers I could pay £6 at the supermarket but wanted to support these companies. On the black list of never to use again! So annoyed!
