Oct 19,2024It was a nice, simple process to send flowers to a work colleague as a token of appreciation, and the flowers just said it with a bit of flair. A great selection, and I ordered at 7,30pm and it was still there by midday the following day. A great experience.

Oct 18,2024Ich bin seit einigen Jahren Kunde. Die Qualität hat im letzen Jahr sehr gelitten, in den letzten drei Lieferungen fehlten jedesmal mehrere Blumen. Der Kundenservice hat zwar schnell auf die Reklamation geantwortet aber der versprochene Rabatt auf die nächste Box erfolgte nicht. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und werde nicht mehr bestellen und das Abo kündigen.

Oct 17,2024Flowers are OK mut not that great. The worst thing about this company is how difficult it is to cancel. You do it on linr then have to be subjected to phone call trying to make you stsy. Cancelled a year ago, yesterday money out of my account flowers arrived today. I'm off on holiday so they will just go in the bin. Customer services apologised but no refund.

Oct 17,2024Lovely flowers! At first I thought they looked a bit meh in the vase but after 24 hours they had perked up and look wonderful. They often last ages and it's so nice getting different flowers I wouldn't usually pick.

Oct 16,2024Wasn't sure what to expect... I mean Flowers are flowers?? Right? WRONG!!!! These stunning flowers called ' Showstopper' are exactly that. The most deliciously, scrumptious flowers ever. The free vase is HUUUGE I've never seen one so big but it carries the buds soo elegantly! I am BEYOND thrilled! I can't stop looking at them they are absolutely STUNNING!! XX

Oct 16,2024Freddie’s flowers are beautiful. They always seem to last for two weeks for me and some individual flowers linger! Always a premier selection of varieties supplied and not filled up with a lot of twiggy fillers. 🌷💐🌷🌻

Lots of nice personal touches from Freddie. Have tried many other florist subscriptions and these are by far the best. Would thoroughly recommend.

I had initially given 3/5 rating given above but Freddie's team especially Caitlin has been excellent in assuring me that issue will be taken up with the delivery service and will be looked into. They very kindly offered to send another classic arrangement as complimentary to our friend who had received this gift given this experience. What I appreciate is yes there was an issue but team has gone above and beyond to resolve the issue and ensure the customer has a positive experience- that is customer service hence I would be upgrading my experience to 5/5! Thank you team and I look forward to sending more gifts to my friends and family through you.

Oct 14,2024I've emailed them twice to cancel my subscription and both have been completely ignored and my account is still active. EDIT Since posting the above review, Freddie's have contacted me directly to correct this issue and offered a complimentary bunch of flowers as an apology.

Not only did they cancel my payment for the flowers I received but have sent me a beautiful box of flowers and another vase. At this time I won’t renew my subscription but I am delighted with their customer Service.
