The reporting shows me instantly what my income is and the support is fast and friendly if needed. I have already recommended FreeToBook to many people and I look forward to the launching of their new website.

The system is reliable and never need to worry about over booking.. Never felt the need to change or even look at other suppliers. Pricing is fair too.

More than this, it has developed an instant messaging system. Gone are the cumbersome emails and protracted texts. My guests now respond promptly making my B&B day considerably more efficient!

Unlike the previous channel manager I inherited from the previous owner of my property, there is always someone who picks up the call promptly, no on hold or pass to someone else. Resolved in minutes unlike the other company who’s name starts with an E . Only on line chat available, which would take up to an hour and no guarantee of being resolved. Have recommended to so many people. You won’t be disappointed

Oct 21,2022Sadly we closed down our Bed & Breakfast establishment after 9 years of trading due to ill health. Freetobook became like family during our years of trading and we will miss them all. They are the best and provide top quality systems to manage and simplify your whole booking procedure so that life is easier for you to get on with other duties. Added to that they are very well priced, prompt on queries and all we can say is that they are a good investment all round and we cannot recommend highly enough.

It offers flexibility much more than any of the channels but also links to most of the popular channels. We like that we can communicate with our guests from one low-cost place and know that it's tried and tested and actually works. Fully deserves 5 stars
