May 05,2021I resisted using them for years as I thought it would be too difficult to change! Over lockdown, I had time on my hands so I took the plunge! Wish I’d done it years ago! When I got stuck, help was at hand….and quickly. If I can set it up, anyone can. Also just realised that I forgot about the messaging arrivals and departure templates that will save me so much time. You set up the pricing and discounts you want on FreeToBook - very easy to do, and they setup these discounts on all your channels for you. A single place to maintain prices - a dream. And the costs must be the lowest in the industry at £1 per booking!

Feb 23,2021Freetobook is a fantastic product that does all you could wish for (and probably more!). Do not be put off by the simplistic styling. The functionality is great and easy to use. Every time I have thought "wouldn't it be nice if...." I have discovered that it does exactly what I need. On the rare occasions that there has been a problem, the response is rapid and all explanations are jargon free.

Dec 03,2020We have used Freetobook for a number of years, it’s good value, and their software is very user friendly and easy to use, everything is centralised to one online diary and you can select as many or as few of the options you require. Any support queries are quickly sorted and the team are extremely helpful, they are always keeping up to date with new developments in technology and making improvements to the system. We would highly recommend Freetobook for anyone in the hospitality industry.

Nov 29,2020A recent IT problem caused entirely by Free to Book allowed Airbnb guests to book at half normal prices. We were promised compensation by a member of staff for the loss of income but company is now refusing to honour this. Very disappointed that they refuse to honour their word & refuse even to give a credit note for the amounts lost.

Nov 24,2020There are few products that fit the average bed and breakfast/small guesthouse accommodation, Everything is either too big and expensive or too small and inefficient! Freetobook is the exception. Especially for a bed and breakfast owner like me with limited I.T. skills. The product is simple to use. You pay as you go, adding the extras that you need for your specific situation. The customer service is excellent. Questions to the help desk are answered in everyday english and not IT speak!! Even as we were selling our bed and breakfast and closing the contract with them, they were extremely helpful with advice and tips on selling up in general. In my view, way beyond the service expected.Well done and thanks to everyone in Freetobook.

The people who run it are very helpful, and each new refinement to the system is so useful, particularly the new Messaging service they introduced last year. Right from the start I could see it was different - very easy to use, clear and with lots of support during start up and beyond. Oct 14,2020I cannot give enough praise for Freetobook. We were once with Eviivo which I didn't get on with and found expensive. I swapped over to Freetobook and have never looked back. I not only find the software is easy to maneuver around but if I do get stuck I can get hold of the answer from the help page or from the contact that was given to me when I joined. If you are looking to use an online diary for your guest house, hotel or private let reservations then look no further. Contact freetobook and talk to them. They are human and they will be able to HELP YOU!

Most is free and any add-ons are reasonably priced and explained in an easy to understand way. Their customer service is fast, efficient, helpful and friendly both online and by phone as well as based in the UK. Highly recommended.

Oct 12,2020Free to Book provides an excellent, easy to use diary management system for hotels, guesthouse and b&b's. It is fast, cheap and effective - best of all, it permits a level of control over the big online travel agents (like booking.com, expedia, etc) who otherwise can "tweak" (run riot over) your carefully prepared diary policies. Free to Book stops that happening and gives you extra options for pricing, room availability, etc, enabling special offers, alternative channel discrimination and one-off extras that the "big boys" handle so badly.

They have a great product that leaves you free to run your business without worries about the booking system. They have developed some good tools to help with customer contact. I would recommend them.
