Feb 28,2022Abysmal!!!! If you value your sanity do not insure with this lot. My Taxi has still not been repaired after seven weeks. I have lost money hand over fist but they do not care. If you are after Taxi insurance go to clubclass!!. I am seeking legal advise!!!!

Feb 11,2022I have been with Freeway insurance for many years just this year reluctantly I had to leave as they dont do multi car like fleet policy. Sadly I had to go somewhere else. Every time i rang, I had a Lovely service from them, on some occasions they didn’t even charge me at all for changing the vehicle, which I will always remember this. I really felt bad as I didn’t want to leave Freeway, I will definitely go back next year as I won’t need any fleet insurance. There price always very reasonable and great service from all the staff.
