Oct 21,2024This was a masterclass in customer service. All of the staff had a can-do, problem-solving attitude. Pretty much anything we asked for was granted, and last minute adjustments were accommodated. We used a different venue for an event earlier in the year, and the experience was night and day. The only suggestion is for more clarity around the rules for photography. Apart from that, all we can say is thank you for helping our large scale event run so smoothly.

The beautiful building and excellent facilities and resources combined with a delicious ‘Plant’ lunch ensured the event was a great success. All the staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and efficient. Great communication whilst planning the event with Sou was exemplary and very reassuring. Staff on the day were also great, quick to send technicians when we had issues setting up the conference call. The space was really nice and well located. Cannot fault the service we received!
