However, with food, our orders were wrong which resulted in delegates not getting more than one item each (for eg if you order 40, you only get 40 pastries, biscuits or cakes). The venue could do with improving on the food experience as spending a whole day requires sustenance. This is also a venue we use regularly as a Trust.

Refreshments and catering were brilliant and arrived in a timely and considerate way each time. The meeting room itself met all of our requirements and enabled us to carry out a seamless day of discussions and group work as planned. Thank you!

Oct 24,2023Helpful friendly staff and overall great experience, could not fault the room and staff. My only criticism would be the quality of food. Sandwiches were very cold. Assume they have been left in the fridge for a while? This caused the sandwiches to be a bit soggy. Would be nice if the sides could be hot to break up the cold buffet.
