Tanya Clarke was appointed to us and words can’t describe how amazing she has been. She answered every e-Mail in a timely manner and supported us when concerns about the property arose. I will also mention we received support from Joe Calado and other members of the team, but Tanya was always our first point of contact. I’m hoping to use their service again for our wills and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you to the team for helping us! :)

From day one, Joe Calado and the team, especially Sam, was excellent, quick, responsive, and professional. Communications were quick and responsive. Unfortunately, the sale proved somewhat challenging, but thanks to Joe and his team’s tenacity we got there in the end. I would recommend 100% and would definitely use again.

From start to finish we received nothing but the help and support we needed as first time buyers. First class customer service and managed to get all the work done within 4 weeks. I cannot recommend him enough and will definitely be using Frodshams again in the future.
