May 11,2022If you're looking for a good blender, this is the one to get. It makes me so happy. I can create nut butters for my children while saving money and using the healthiest ingredients possible. It's the most incredible gadget I've ever had in my kitchen since it works quickly and smoothly.

May 06,2022I purchased a £499 Optimum Vac 2 blender from this company in April 2018. 4 years later and the machine started to make quite loud noises and I noticed some water leakage from the jug. I got in touch due to their 5 year manufacturers guarantee and I tell you the apparent guarantee isn't worth more than it's written on paper. Don't be fooled by the marketing and don't whatever you do pay for the extension to 10 years!! They kindly explained that the damage is the result of most likely damage to the "PCB" (it's circuit board) and that "a fault in the PCB would have appeared within few weeks and not 4 years later" and so it was most likely the result of the leakage I had described. However, leakage from the jugs is apparently not their responsibility and it's also not their fault that the machine is not designed in a way to avoid water leakage from the jug getting to the PCB. Pretty fundamental design fault wouldn't you say? Furthermore they kindly have informed me that the blades are considered a consumable and that I should have had these replaced as soon as I saw the leakage. For item that I have used no more than 200 times in 4 years wouldn't you say that's pretty rubbish? Perhaps that should be stated in the advertisement...."Please be aware you will need to replace the blades once every 6 months if you use this machine daily". To make things better they have offered a service of £69 to check the item to confirm it is the PCB and return it. I still have know idea what the estimate cost would be of replacing the PCB as this is apparently either information they don't have or just don't want to give me. One a more positive note they've offered to "share the cost" and give me £150 credit towards a new machine and they will take my old machine off my hands so they can have the pleasure of repairing it and sell on to some other poor soul. Either way I essentially have had the pleasure of paying £1.25 per use of the blender not factoring electrical charges and I will soon have the pleasure of another machine which will hopefully not leak and damage the PCB of that unit. I specifically say "hopefully" as when I asked them which of their machines is not at risk of the same type of leakage issue they have also evaded that question too. So all in all I do not recommend this brand. You may get a wonderfully results but I certainly don't think it's been worth the price of this disappointing outcome.

Hier gibt es keine Standartmails, sondern der Mensch steht mit seinem Anliegen tatsächlich noch im Vordergrund, was in der heutigen Zeit aufgrund der Digitalisierung leider schon zu einer Seltenheit geworden ist. Avete presente quando dall'altra parte del filo percepite una persona che ama il suo lavoro, competente, che sa quel che dice, entusiasta, disponibile e sempre presente? Una persona che ti consiglia il prodotto perchè l'ha provato e non ha le risposte preconfezionate che tanti servizi clienti hanno. Ecco, Lisa è tutto questo. Feeling immediato. Mar 09,2022Super slechte service, na 2 jaar was mijn blender helemaal doorgerot (het messenblok) dus je kan wel nagaan dat de degradatie al zeker een half jaar eerder was ingezet. En dan maar zeggen dat 2 jaar normaal is dat zo een machine meegaat. Half jaar over gedaan om een setje blendermessen opgestuurd te krijgen. Kon dat tegen verzend kosten krijgen moest ik wel een 5 sterren review geven op trustpilot. Daar doe ik dus niet aan mee. Nooit meer iets van deze slechte firma.

Mar 03,2022When our blender first arrived, we were so excited! We quickly unpacked it and set it all up so we could finally blend without frustration. At first, we were thrown off by the amount of noise this machine puts out - we were a bit scared by it's raw power the first few times, but as we watched it smash through anything we threw at it, we fell in love! We would definitely recommend this blender, just be prepared to have power like you've never seen or heard in a blender before! There was a bit of an electrical/burning smell to begin with that we were concerned about, but as the manual mentions - this is normal, and it has gone away after a few uses. We are still figuring out all the different functions and how to best use them, but we are pretty stoked with this blender! You can't go wrong with a 5 year warranty by default either :) Thanks Team Froothie!

Feb 24,2022Ich würde mindestens 10 🌟 für diesen mega freundlichen und jederzeit fairen Kundenservice abgeben. Nachdem bei der Lieferung meines Optimum 400 leider 2 Teile defekt waren ( lag am Versandunternehmen ) , wurden diese sofort kostenlos ersetzt, sodass das Gerät ein paar Tage später schon wieder einsatzbereit war. Mit dem Gerät selber bin ich sehr zufrieden - es ist sehr robust und sehr einfach zu handhaben. Die Säfte schmecken sehr lecker. Kurzum- richtige Entscheidung getroffen und ich kann das Gerät sehr empfehlen!!

Feb 23,2022I think I’m in love 🙈! This blender is sooooo amazing!!!! I can make flour from oats, rice, chickpeas, and whatever comes in my mind. I can make nut butters for my kids, saving money and with the most healthiest ingredients. I can blend soups, ice creams, dough for pancakes, waffle and whatever we need in our kitchen.
