Bought this 9 months ago, returned twice, once after 1 (one) week as the blade broke, returned 2 months ago as the blade pierced the actual blender jug, yes smashed the jug and flew across the room at high velocity! We happened to be very very lucky that my kids wasn't sat in their usual seats, or I dread to think what would have happened with a piece of shrapnel flying at them at head / throat height!! Very scary, stay well clear of this product!!!!!

Our 20+ yr old Vitamix finally tired out. After doing some research we decided to go with the Optimum G2.6. There are some issues with it, especially if you compare it with a Vitamix (which is the obvious comparison) 1.) My wife usually leaves the lid 'mostly' on since it is so difficult to push snug or to remove, especially compared to our previous Vitamix. 2.) The jug doesn't fit snug on the base. When you start to blend it spins a bit before something catches it. Not sure if that will be a wear issue down the road. 3.) An online review mentions a user who grinds coffee daily, and another grinds Himalayan salt. They failed to mention any scratches or cloudiness as a result, but when we made garam masala the blender scratched and stained brown several inches up. Apparently it's just very ugly but not actually damaged, according to customer service 4.) Not sure if the smell will stop happening. The manual mentions it but seems to indicate it's a recurring issue. We were planning to return the blender, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping, which in our case was estimated to be approximately $70 (plus packing materials since we didn't think to keep those, our bad) so we are going to keep it. The hummus and related recipes did blend very smooth, so hopefully we'll get some good use out of it.

VAC2 blender failed within warranty, Froothie did not repair within 10 working days as required by NZ consumer law - worse, the blender finally arrived back and had the exact same issue, vacuum function not working. My mother had the same lack of customer experience from Froothie when her VAC2 blender failed. Ignored emails and/or significant delay in their responses. I have bought 3 appliances from Froothie over the years, but cannot recommend them as their customer service is all talk, little action. They are not reputable, and don't value their customers - you should not trust them. Will update review when the matter when finally resolved - now waiting for a rubber seal to arrive (from overseas presumably), which should've been installed in the first place.

Questo frullatore mi consente di preparare burri di frutta secca e creme in un attimo, con la certezza di ottenere sempre un risultato ottimo! Il frullatore risponde a tutte le mie esigenze! sono una foodblogger e quindi finalmente riesco ad ottenere delle creme perfette in pochi secondi per i miei dolci. Ma anche per gli smoothie della mattina è davvero favoloso. Ho dimezzato i tempi nelle preparazioni e sono molto soddisfatta. Il prossimo obiettivo è avere il frullatore sottovuoto!

Utilizzo il frullatore Froothie 9200 A optimum da qualche mese. Mi sono trovata fin da subito benissimo, utilissimo in cucina in diverse preparazioni, molto potente ed efficace. Pienamente soddisfatta!

Absolutely worse experience iv had , customer service is a joke and real quick to blame covid , it’s been almost a month and still no product!, was purchased as a gift but that ship has sailed! The tracking I have says it left Melbourne 5 days ago maybe on a Cessna? They don’t care! The email correspondence stopped the messenger correspondence is still ongoing but feels like they just tell you what you want to hear, I have just mentioned the refund policy I wonder what they will say when I take this further to claims . Do not deal with them if your reading this close the page run and don’t come back . Edit, All ended up well , had a very nice person named Francois deal with everything for me and did apologise regarding the poor communication and accepting there had been a slip up with contact. The item we purchased as a gift but unfortunately by the time it finally arrived it was to late so we have been using it and I have to admit it’s been wonderful! I highly recommend the product but when purchasing still be very vigilant and make sure you have a confirmation regarding purchase and shipping details and times. Other than that I would shop with them again. I still believe In leaving my original feedback as it still happened and it still may help someone in the future. And due to it happening to start with I can’t give 5 starts but 4 I think is fair.

I got my Optimum G2.6 Blender on 11/24/21. The LCD light in the blender panel is missing digit, the jar is moving when you're using the blender, according to them it is normal because this is a high power blender (which never happened to my Blendec 800) I took a pics and send it to their whatsapp, The customer care said they'll ask the supplier about that. I feel weird why they have to ask the supplier about my blender problem? Since Thanksgiving coming and also the weekend, I followed up again my case on Monday and this time the Customer Service said they'll will asking the Technician. I said Ok then, I still have my patience. Then I used the blender to make avocado milk smoothies with speed no 3 for 30 seconds. The blender gave me burnt smell and code E01 and not working no power at all after that. And then the customer service stalled me again telling me they'll asking the technician. What the heck, what will the technician do if the broken blender still with me? And I don't have any training to fix that by phone. I told them to send me the return label and tracking number for the new one. But they didn't answer me again, So I don't know this FROOTHIE US is a legit company or not, they don't have phone number! That's it! I'll do whatever I can do to get my money back, NO MORE FROOTHIE!!!

Terrible company, don't buy Blender here! The site makes big promises and seems legit but the service of this company is undutch bad and is controlled from abroad. Communication goes through weird numbers and email addresses and they literally don't care about Dutch consumer law. I bought an expensive blender (Optimum 9200A) here and it broke after a few months (does nothing when you start it and causes a short circuit throughout the house). Because the device was fairly new and it concerns a technical defect, I contacted customer service. Instead of Froothie taking responsibility as the seller and supplier of this product, they have come up with an outrageous questionnaire which I will also share below so that anyone with normal common sense can see how ridiculous this is and think twice before taking /she ordered her Blender here. In turn indicated that this is excessive (and also not my responsibility) as a consumer I have no knowledge of the product and do not have to answer these questions at all as Froothie is responsible for the diagnostics and repair/replacement of this product for her to take into account. Unfortunately they have not done this so far and I have received the following email again: - Order number: - Serial number: (photo) Questions about your blender and how to use it: * -Cleaning: How do you clean your appliance?/ With what agents?/ With what soap?/Is it cleaned in the dishwasher? Will the blender be submerged in the water? -What were you blending when this happened? -What was the amount you were blending? - At what speed were you blending? -How long were you blending without stopping? -Did you use the pestle? -Did you add any products while blending? -Have you followed the bearing instruction below? Layering ingredients is crucial: liquids first, then soft/light/small items, then hard/heavy/large items, especially frozen ingredients. (the amount is also important here) *If you experience electrical problems, if the blender no longer turns on, please try another outlet. Let us know if this makes a difference. (Do not do this if the Blender has suddenly stopped blending while blending. The Blender may have overheated and will require a reset which can be found on the underside of the base.) We would like to ask you to send a photo of the following parts of the blender: - A photo taken from above of the entire jug where the knives can be seen - A photo of the side where the entire jug can be seen - A photo of the bottom of the jug where the blades are based and blade assembly - A photo taken from above showing the drive connection. (jug is hereby removed) - A movie short and powerful movie of your problem. We would like to ask if you can perform the following test: Important: It is very important to answer the questions 1 by 1 and accurately. This is to prevent possible delays in the further process. Our thanks for this: You can check the drive connection by holding the pitcher in your hand and doing the following: -use your fingers to rotate the tine on the base of the jug a number of times. Is this difficult or impossible to run? Does it only spin half way and then stop? -when you do the same process above and you try to switch the tooth from side to side, is there any movement? We understand that this is quite comprehensive, this is only to get the best possible results and avoid possible further delays! Thank you very much for your help in diagnosing the problems with your blender. Dear future customers.. Think very carefully before ordering here!

Great for domestic usage but terrible for heavy duty commercial usage. We have had quite a few blenders over the years in our business (milkshakes) being a high user. All too often the seal becomes worn and the jugs start to leak, and the blender becomes get noisier over the months. Our blenders have last no more than 12 months at a time. The customer service is great but when it comes to issues like then its understandable that they can't assist.

Ho comprato un frullatore froothie 9200, optinum, il prodotto é conforme alla descrizione, purtroppo mi si è rovinato dopo il 2^ utilizzo e ci sono rimasta un po’ male visto il prezzo del frullatore. In ogni modo do 4 stelle perché l’assistenza é stata super rapida per risolvere il mio problema e disponibile , la ragazza che mi ha aiutata é davvero gentile.

I prodotti sono favolosi ma ho avuto un problema che poi ho capito che è stata colpa mia a causa di un utilizzo errato del prodotto ma nonostante tutto mi hanno inviato i pezzi di ricambio in via eccezionale Lisa è una Donna fantastica di una gentilezza senza pari. I needed a birthday gift for my sister‘s 40 th birthday and we were late. It was Monday and we had only 5 days left. I asked the support by email if it was realistic to get the optimum 9200A blender in time. I received the answer two minutes later. My desired colour would get in stock on Wednesday but they had a black one in stock that could be sent right away. I agreed to the black one. The support changed my order and on Wednesday I received the blender. I call this perfect client support! This is the way it should be everywhere!

My juicer has supported me to pull me out of dark times, let me support my family to become healthier and made me poop my pants through green juices. It extracts more juice than any other juicer I've came across. It doesn't like zest on oranges (pulp backs up) but that's okay cause neither do I. We were made for each other. Every time I look at the juicer I smile. I am truly in love.

Edit : Le vendeur m'a finalement proposé une solution dont je suis entière satisfait. Dommage qu'il est fallu attendre presque un an pour trouver un accord... The seller finally made an offer which is fully satisfying. Just a shame that it took so long for that matter to be solved... Original post : J’ai acheté un blender optimum 9200A il y a maintenant 2 ans. Depuis je n’ai pu m’en servir que quelques mois au total, le reste du temps, l’appareil est reste en panne. J’ai choisi ce modèle car je voulais un blender puissant et robuste pour faire des laits végétaux, smoothies, houmous et beurre de cacahuètes. Au bout de deux ou trois mois, le bol a fissuré à sa base. Le service après-vente a mis deux mois avant de me renvoyer un récipient de remplacement. Six mois après, le nouveau bol a fissuré au même endroit malgré toutes les précautions que j’ai prises en utilisant mon blender. Froothie vend un moteur surdimensionné par rapport à la résistance médiocre de son récipient. Un défaut de conception flagrant. Suite à cela, et a la lenteur du SAV pour répondre aux emails, j’ai demandé un remboursement de l’appareil pour non-conformité a sa description. Froothie a refusé. Je me suis renseigné auprès de la DGCCRF, Froothie à donner une fausse adresse en France, rendant très difficile toute démarche judiciaire (cela est tout simplement illégal). Conclusion ; soyez très vigilent avant d’acheter chez Froothie. En cas de problème, vous n’aurez ni soutien de leur part ni recours possible et vous aurez perdu votre temps et votre argent. Mathias
