Sep 15,2021Bought the Nutriforce. Within a month or so the rubber seal had fallen out and into my food which got blended up into food. After 4 months, the entire motor burned out while making dip, with nothing harder than a garlic clove in it. For a machine that's supposed to be able to make nut butter and crush ice, it's pretty fragile. Dealing with customer service was pointless since they said I wasn't eligible for a refund and I could send it to them, but if they determined the issue wasn't covered by warranty I'd have to pay for it. I just want my money back. I paid $200 for this machine and I might as well have flushed it down the toilet. Just buy a cheap knock-off Nutribullet something, at least you might get 6 months out of it.

Jul 14,2021Io e mia moglie abbiamo comprato sia il G2.6 che Evolve, ovviamente sono potenti ed affidabili, in poche parole stupendi. Ma quello che ha dato un valore aggiunto al nostro acquisto è stato trovare Lisa, che lavora per froothie in Italia, sempre disponibile e capace di aiutarti a fare la scelta giusta. Comunque sono macchine professionali di altissima qualità ottime per garantire sempre un risultato eccellente.

Jun 18,2021I have an Optimum 9400 for quite some years and our family uses it a lot, for smoothies, cooking meals, desserts, baby food. It has made our cooking faster and fun. This is a high quality blender, really powerful, therefore versatile as you can blend almost anything perfectly. I really recommend it for vegetarians who blend lots of nuts, etc. but also for anyone who likes cooking. I have used it to make some good almond milk and the best Indian Palak Paneer sauce :) The quality of blending is amazing and it doesn't get worse with time, it is one of those kitchen items that you will have and use for years. Recently I damaged it by removing the cup while it was still working and I had a very quick reply and help from their Client Support and so excited to get it repaired as I would not want another one. I love this blender

May 27,2021Bonjour, j’ai payé mon blender le 15/4 ,aujourd’hui c’est 27/05 et je ne l’ai pas encore reçu . Dans chaque mail une promesse d’envoyer la semaine suivante, mais à chaque fois le livre de mes excuses!!! Le cargo est en retard, il n’est toujours pas arrivé. Et cerise sur le gâteau, je leur ai téléphoné hier pour leur passer une commande sur le même article, et là nouvelle promesse avec livraison rapide car le Blender est dans les stock.... cherchez l’erreur ou comment faire une tromperie commerciale

May 18,2021I brought an Optimum G2.1 in 2017. The blender was used lightly, about twice a month. It worked well and I was very happy with the purchase. In December 2020, I started seeing rust and a burning smell with the blender. I contacted customer service. They responded promptly and offered a blade replacement for free as the blender is still within warranty. I only had to pay for shipping. So far, the blender and service were great. But It's now May 18th and I haven't received the replacement. I contacted custom service no less than 5 times. Each time I'm given the canned response "The details of your order will be forwarded to our warehouse for dispatch. You should receive notification once your order has shipped." It's been half a year and my issue is still not resolved. I do not have a working blender. Custom service has provided no more updates other than "waiting on warehouse". ****** Update ******** I received the replacement part in June. Customer service also followed up to make sure the blender is working well again. I fully understand the difficulties of getting parts, etc that are caused by the pandemic. But that wasn't communicated until I reached out multiple times, after months of waiting. As for the delay in paying for the invoice, I didn't get a formal invoice that I could pay until I checked in with Froothie in March. In any case, my issue is resolved and I have a great working blender again. Thank you.

May 17,2021I have had the H3000 2nd generation cold press juicer now for several weeks and couldn't be happier. It's so easy to use that I make 2-3 juices every day. Cleanup is incredibly easy. Cold pressed juices aren't oxidized, unlike with centrifugal juicers. Also, my wife uses the vacuum feature when she wants to take a juice with her in the car. It's the only juicer I know that has this feature. I have found that I can juice nearly anything. Soft fruits like pears, Kiwi fruit and paw paw take longer but they still juice well. Stringy things like celery are no problem. Hard fruits and vegetables go through the fastest, but cold press juicers are almost always slower than centrifugal ones. Many people I know who purchased juicers stopped using them in short order because they took so long to clean. Here is where the 3000 juicer really comes into its own. It disassembles and cleans in just a couple of minutes. The porcelain auger is incredible because not only is it so robust but it rinses off easily - nothing sticks to it. I have recommended this juicer to several friends and I'd recommend it to anyone interested in juicing.

And one of my favourite feature is the vacuum function that allows me to blend perfect guacamole without going brown and prevents oxidation for my smoothies! Thankyou Froothie
