Jan 07,2019I was also a victim. The reservation of one room was made through GALA HOTELS in Hotel Olympia, Thessaloniki and prepaid "non refundable" in order to get a better price. According to the Hotel, this reservation was cancelled five days later, without any notification. The money (163 Euros) is not yet reimbursed. Tried to call all the telephone numbers referred in their site, none is answering. Sent a message, I got an automated answer "Please be informed that we are still working on your request". In the meantime I was lucky the hotel had a room available, which I had to pay, since the GALA HOTELS voucher was not honored. Still waiting for the reimbursement.

Jan 07,2019Bonjour . J ai annulé ma réservation ( bien-sûr déjà débité) . Ce qui m'm'inquiète ça fait 2 jours que j'appelle sur tous les numéros ( Espagne , usa, uk,Italie) et ils sont tous bloqués #@@@@. Je sais pas si je serai rembourser car je pense que qqn c est barré avec l'argent !!! J'J'espère que je me trompe et que j'aurai des nouvelles Résa 21951301 Ps: ça fait 4 semaines et aucun réponse !!!! NE RESERVEZ pas en plus ils vient de bloquer mon compte je ne peux plus leur écrire ..

Jan 07,2019I am one of the victim too. Booked four room and got confirmation on the september 6 2018 of my booking in travelodge in Cayo Coco Cuba. When I arrived, the hotel said that my booking was cancelled on the 19 dec 2018. The cancellation does not come from me and no email notification whatsoever from gala hotels. Unable to reach anyone through its uk contact number and only received automated email reply saying that they received and gave case number to my complain and said that work is in progress. But reading the review on tripadvisor, suggessted me automatic reply is what I will only receive. Hopefully my bank can help to reject its payment claim to my credit card. Do not book anything from gala hotels website!!

Jan 07,2019Sono stata truffata anche io da Galahotels. Due camere prenotate a Miami dal 26 dicembre 4 notti sono state cancellate il 18 dicembre da loro e i soldi non sono stati restituiti. All arrivo abbiamo dovuto ripagare l intero soggiorno a tariffe più alte. L albergo mi ha detto che le prenotazioni arrivano tramite hotelbeds che è un colosso delle prenotazioni alberghiere, come è possibile? Come possiamo fare per avere risarcimento?

Jan 06,2019Gute Betrugsmasche ich habe drei Nächte Prag von meinen Eltern Geschenk bekommen, die über den Anbieter gebucht haben. Bei Ankunft im Hotel wurde uns mitgeteilt, das die bereits bezahlte Reservierung vom Anbieter storniert wurde. Geld Weg und kein Hotel sehr ärgerlich und der Anbieter ist alles andere als zu empfehlen. Andere haben auch diese Erfahrung gemacht. Scheint eine planmäßige Betrugsmasche zu sein.

Jan 06,2019ARNAQUE , j’ai réservé 4nuits dans une hotel à Portimao dans lalgarve après 10 jours passer parfaitement réservations pris direct avec les hôtels ou zen hôtels, on arrive pour les dernières 4jours et on nous annonce ils ont annuler notre réservation car la compagnie qui travaille avec gala (world2world) ont pas était payé par gala alors c’est annuler, obliger de réserver à nouveau donc payer chère les 4jours car impossible de contacter cette boîte phantome, comment ils peut exister en toute légalité, je compte demander remboursement par le bias de visa avec laquelle j’ai payer ( désolé pour les fautes suis britannique) je me dit sa aurait pu être pire j’ai 150 euro dans l’air et j’ai payer plus chère sur place, mais quand je voit qui ont perdu 1500 j’ai mal pour les gens

Jan 05,2019Hallo aus Spanien, uns ist es genau das gleiche passiert. Am 1.11.2018 haben wir gebucht eine Woche auf Iceland, EUR978,00 und die VISA sofort belastet erhalten. Gestern bekommen wir die Nachricht aus dem Hotel dass die Buchung ahne Angaben von Gründen storniert wurde.....und uns keine Nachricht erhalten. Ich hatte das Hotel vorgewarnt da die Bewertungen sehr schlecht waren....und es hat sich bestätigt. Am Montag gehen wir zur Bank.....allerdings mit wenig Hoffnungen. Auf email keine Reaktion, am Telefon nimmt keiner ab. BETRUG

Jan 05,2019Same as everyone else booked my holiday 5th of December, arrived yesterday in Lanzarote and they (gala) had cancelled our booking but debited £431 from our account. The hotel had another room available, however we had to pay again. After some tears and tantrums we contacted our bank this morning (Lloyds tsb) who are refunding due to this being fraud. Gala hotels are absolute scumbags

Jan 05,2019Todas las personas que hemos sido estafadas por galahotels siendo dirigidas a esa oferta desde tripadvisor, son tan culpables galahotels como tripadvisor, sobre todo las personas estafadas hace poco tiempo, porque a tripadvisor tiene muchas quejas y aun así ha dejado que nos engañen.

Jan 05,2019Turned up on Christmas day after paying £2400 in June and find out they never paid. In addition they cancelled 3 days before using a company called Leonardo Travel. The bank say the company has gone into liquidation. Yet the website is still up and running

Jan 04,2019Référence réservation (au cas où GalaHôtels lise sérieusement les messages postés ici !) : 22011097 J'attends bien entendu le remboursement des 484 euros qui ont été prélevés, alors que sans raison GlobalHôtels a annulé ma réservation et que j'ai dû trouver sur place un autre hôtel ! En attendant, j'ai porté plainte auprès du Procureur de la République et envisage aussi d'alerter l'ambassade de Turquie en France sur les pratiques frauduleuses de ce site, à priori dont le siège est en Turquie. Mais comme tout est faux (je pense notamment aux numéros de téléphone), comment en être certaine ? Sans compter les avis négatifs partagés sur plusieurs forums. Traduction en anglais : For your information, while waiting for you to reimburse me the 484 euros, I have lodged a complaint this day with the Prosecutor of the Republic and plans to inform also the Embassy of Turkey in France of your illegal actions.

Jan 04,2019Oplichters. Een hotel betaald, maar daar aangekomen was er een reservering gedaan die weer geannuleerd was een week later. 613 euro kwijt. Hun telefoonnummers zijn nep, klachtenformulier is ook nep. Vermoedelijk een Brits bedrijf.

Jan 04,2019My new year’s eve was ruined by gala hotel. I booke a room in Birmingham for New Years and when I turned up to the hotel I was told my reservation was cancelled free of charge which the room was paid for already?!?! GALAHOTELS passed. Y details to agoda there to cancel my reservation, take my money and ruin my night! It’s disgusting, my friend made a booking with this site last month and everything was fine so why was it all messed up now? I tried opening a complaint case on their site but no response since. Jan 04,2019I booked hotel Alexander plaza in Berlin for 3 nights between 20181228 and 20181231 on your website Gala Hotels, For that I paid 3430:41 SEK (swedish crownes) 20181123. When we came to the hotel 28 december they could not find our booking. Gala Hotels had cancelled it!? So that caused us lot of trouble and our holiday was ruined. Its only one thing for you to do now and that is to pay back the money for our 3 lost nights. I hope you will solve this whitout further instances conected
