Dec 23,2018Efetuei uma reserva para o Hotel Axis Viana, através do galahotels. Quando cheguei ao hotel a reserva não existia. Mostrei o voucher, o comprovativo do pagamento e o hotel ligou para a agência com quem trabalha a pedir esclarecimentos. A agência explicou que o galahotels tinha cancelado a reserva e não tinha pago. Disseram ainda que a empresa do galahotels está em insolvência. Burla!!! Chamamos o gerente.Impecavel!Assumiu a reserva. Mas ficamos a saber que o site galahotels é uma fraude!Vamos fazer queixa na policia!!!!

Dec 22,2018Had exactly the same as most other stories on here booked the park plaza hotel in london back in november money was taken out of my account arrived at the hotel today to be told the reservation was cancelled on the 18th as of yet no joy getting hold of gala hotels avoid this company.

Dec 22,2018Estafa en gran escala No reserven ningún tipo de hotel con esta agencia. Después de un mes de adelanto de haber reservado y haberme cobrado dicha reserva en un hotel en Cuba. Cuando llegó me han dicho que mi reserva estaba cancelada porque la agencia había quebrado. Tuve que volver a pagar en el hotel mi estancia ya que dicha agencia y las subagencias que trabajan con esta no nos dieron solución ni respuesta alguna que no fuera volver a pagar. En resumen estafa total. Sino quieres ser una víctima más no intente con esta agencia nadaaaaa. Ahora veré de que manera poner una demanda y me sea devuelto mi dinero.

Dec 21,2018I booked family suite at hotel napoleon Paris through gala hotel. com on 12 Dec 2018. When I contacted hotel to confirm my booking hotel said it was cancelled on 18December 2018. When I contacted my bank they said the payment was cleared on there side and they won't be able to reverse it. The bank is now issuing a fraud action towards. Gala hotels.com.The cancelation ref number the hotel gave me 6741986. Tried to contact them several times telephonic ally bit the numbers seem fake of all the countries also they never responded wen I emailed them

Dec 21,2018As if being victims of the Dec 20th drone attack at Gatwick was not enough, it then transpired that Gala Hotels had cancelled our confirmed hotel booking at Hotel Nouvel Barcelona on December 18th , without any notification, or reason. Not only that, but they had taken the total hotel cost ( £227 ) in advance from our bank account. This they did weeks ahead of the booking ( 13th November) and despite the fact that we had opted to pay at the hotel. The hotel insisted the booking was cancelled by Gala and that they had received no money from them Gala are now not answering my emails requesting the money to be refunded to me, but their phone number is not operational. It seems clear that Gala hotels are perpetrating internet fraud . We will be reporting them to the appropriate authorities for this, but in the meantime DO NOT USE THEM and spread the word to as many others as possible. Merry Christmas!

Dec 21,2018You cancelled my booking without any further notice.i arrived at the hotel and they informed me that galahotels.com had cancelled my booking.the hotel managment tried to contact galahotels.com but there eas no replay from no one.i had to pay the same amount that i paid to galahotels.com direct with the hotel. Spend 2 hrs trying to contact galahotels.com and sorting things out to have a room at the hotel.refound me the amount I paid you Booking Id : 21919004

Dec 20,2018Пользуюсь услугами galahotels.com более 4-х лет. Замечаний не было. Однако в сентябре 2018 года, приехав в Париж с бронировкой от galahotels.com, мы получили отказ в гостинице из-за отмены бронирования. После звонка в galahotels.com бронирование было восстановлено. И это было первой ласточкой в череде последующих событий. Одно из бронирований закончилось молниеносным списанием денег с карточки и отказом в размещении. Деньги вернули только через месяц. На прошлой неделе произошло такое же, без подтверждения размещения в отеле, списание денег. На все обращения ответа не последовало, кроме ответа автомата о получении претензии. На этот раз мы решили проверить все наши бронирования. сделанные через galahotels.com. Мы обратились в те отели, размещение в которых было оплачено через galahotels.com. Некоторые отели сообщили, что вообще не имеют наших резерваций, другие подтвердили отмену имеющихся наших бронирований по инициативе galahotels.com. В отелях не знают, что такое galahotels.com и не работают с этим сайтом напрямую. По-видимому, galahotels.com работал через более крупную бронировочную компанию. На все наши запросы через galahotels.com мы не получили ни единого ответа. Все телефоны, указанные на сайте galahotels.com, определяются как недействующие. А с 20.12.2018 г. сайт не работает на подбор вариантов бронирования, хотя все остальные опции пока работают. Наши опасения о мошенничестве подтверждаются! Просим ни при каких условиях не пользоваться galahotels.com!

Dec 20,201818.12.2018г. забронировал и оплатил на их сайте трехместный номер в Ecotel Vilnius на 31.12.2018г. Деньги с карточки списали, а подтвеждение бронирования так и не прислали. Написали, что свяжутся со мной как можно скорее, но до сих никто с их стороны этого не сделал. Самое главное, что представители Ecotel в телефонном разговоре сообщили мне, что свободных трехместных номеров на мою дату уже нет! А на сайте galahotels.com эти номера и дальше предлагались! Обидно и досадно такое отношение к своим клиентам, тем более, что ранее пользовался их услугами, и не раз. Расцениваю эту ситуацию как откровенный обман. Daineka Aliaksandr.

Dec 20,2018Bought the room more than 1 months ago. Confirmed 3weeks ago from galahotels. Contacted hotel straight 1 week ago, reservation is still good. When I arrived, only to find out the room was canceled 3 days before. Hotel is nice enough to call the middle agent, bestday, then to find out galahotels *requested* to cancel the booking. Hotel is also helping in making all international calls with me to *all* European numbers listed. Got recorded msg of phone disconnected, or dead signals. Opened 2 cases on galahotels. Now these msgs are dead unlike 3 weeks ago. If you see this and have reservation, run to cancel while you can

Dec 20,2018We booked from Gala Hotels our stay in Las Vegas at Bellagio Hotel 9 months before our vacation. And few weeks before our arrival we called Bellagio just to confirm our reservations. And the said there was no reservations under our name. We tried to call gala hotels to check and they claimed that there was some mistake and will double check for us. And finally they said they booked it. I called the hotel to double check my booking. ITS BEST IF YOU CALL YOUR HOTEL. also they said there is free transfer. It's also a scammed. No transfer was provided to us from the airport.

Dec 20,2018I booked a room on the 19th-20th in London via this website. Although I made a payment 2 weeks before and received a confirmation, it turned out to be that it was cancelled. A receptionist showed me the evidence that the agency cancelled a couple days ago even though I haven’t been informed in advance. I had to pay another £180 as the price increased. It’s completely fraud. They took £125 and cancelled. Give me a refund; otherwise I will sue.

Dec 20,2018DO NOT BOOK HERE They took my money and canceled the reservation (Linq in Las Vegas) within 12 hours of my booking without notifying me. They haven't refunded my money, and I only found out because I called the hotel about something else. AND all their phone numbers are no longer working.

Dec 19,2018Total scam. Took my money and then cancelled the room and declined payment to the hotel. Couldn't get hold of them. Luckily my bank stopped the payment. Do not book with these scam artists. To be avoided at all costs. Am really unhappy, but at least I got my money back. Looking at only r reviews not everyone is so lucky.

Commander 2 nuits dans u 5* étoiles ; on arrive aujourd'hui à l'hotel et là, on nous fait savoir que GALA HOTEL a au matin par appel téléphonique ( ! ) annulé notre réservation bien que GALA HOTEL nous a débité notre carte de creditel y a une semaine. Service carte fraude a BEAUCOUP de plaintes concernant ce site : ne rien commander ; impossible d'ailleurs de les joindre par téléphone !!!

Dec 19,2018I booked a hotel in London with this company but when I called the hotel to confirm the booking, they could not find a booking under my name or reference number. Once they investigated they found that the reservation was cancelled because gala hotels did not pay for it, yet I have paid gala hotels for the reservation! Unsurprisingly the number for the company does not work so I am unable to contact them. I am still holding out for an email response from the company to get a refund...

Dec 14,2018I booked 3 nights at Harrahs Reno and the hotel made me pay an additional $32 per night. They called the charge a "resort fee." I was told it was disclosed to me in my "contract" with the vendor. Well I have reviewed all my documents from Gala and there is nothing about any possibility of additional charges. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card. Be warned!

Dec 13,2018Galahotels.com left me stranded in San Diego. Despite confirming my reservation, when I arrived, it did not exist. Oh, and their emergency number? Worthless. At 8:00pm PST, the relevant department was closed, and they would "take care of it in the morning". Fortunately, the hotel gave me a room at rack rate on my $ for the night. Never again.

Dec 23,2018je viens de me faire arnaquer. j'ai réservé 4 nuits d'hôtel et en arrivant à l'hôtel ma réservation avait été annulée 4 jours avant alors que ma carte bancaire avait été débitée. Cette arnaque m'a coûtée 200€ et en tant qu'handicapée non imposable cela représente un mois de nourriture. Il y a des gens qui méritent d'être condamnés pour de telles arnaques et un tel cite devrait disparaître.
