Oct 27,2018They deceived me. They said I paid in full yet when I went to the hotel I owed $31.75 which I believe they ow me. Until I am paid I will post this every moment I get. FEELS GREAT TO STAND UP TO companies that think they can deceive you... EVERYONE THAT READS THIS PLEASE DON'T BOOK ANYTHING WITH gala hotels. They don't deserve to be capital letters.

Oct 26,2018GalaHotels.com provided the lowest price by far so I went with them because in this day and age it seems like booking a hotel is a commodity, right? But then I started reading all their negative reviews and I started to worry about getting ripped off and/or not actually having a reservation. So I emailed the hotel to make sure they had received our reservation to make sure we wouldn't show up and not have one (and/or our money gone). At first the hotel couldn't find our reservation and I really started to worry. But after a few emails back and forth they did find it and everything was ok. Ends up Gala sent our names to the hotel mixed up / wrong so that is why they had a hard time finding our reservation at first. But in the end everything turned out fine and we had a perfectly fine stay at the hotel and GalaHotels.com was legitimate for us. I would use them again (and verify again) if it meant we saved money by going with them.

Oct 26,2018ATTENTION DANGER !! J'ai voulu modifier une réservation. Ils m'ont demandé d'en faire une nouvelle (moins chère) et au lieu de me rembourser la différence, il m'ont débitée les deux!! Il m'a fallu l'intervention de ma Banque et une attente de plus d'un mois pour récupérer mon argent. A éviter à tout prix.

Oct 25,2018Pleasantly surprised but process did not instill confidence... I have to admit that I was very nervous after making my Mexico vacation hotel booking and not receiving a quick confirmation. I called the US phone number for Gala Hotels and someone did answer, and they emailed me a 'voucher' confirmation. This also looked strange, so I was nervous. I waited a day and called the hotel in Mexico directly today to check if the reservation was made, and it was CONFIRMED exactly the way I reserved it, with no issues at all. The price was better than any other site, and I have the booked reservation info directly from the hotel now. So... it does work. Thank you Gala Hotels.

Nosotros fuimos a Manchester el fin de semana pasado, nos cobraron el 26 de septiembre y cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que nadie les había ingresado nada. Esta en manos de nuestros abogados, pero aviso que mucho cuidado contratar hoteles con esta página. MUCHO CUIDADO

Oct 18,2018Also wir hatten das Hotel Allegro auf Malta vom 09.-16.10.2018 gebucht. Es war mit Frühstück und einem Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel. Ich kann nur sagen bei uns hat alles geklappt wie beschrieben! Ich bin ehrlich überrascht, dass ich nun so viele negative Bewertungen über GalaHotels in Internet lese?

Oct 16,2018Galahotels es una autentica estafa. Te acosan para que reserves, y no cumplen la politica de cancelación, directamente no te dejan cancelar. Lo intenté 2 veces sin exito. Aparecia cancelado, pero no recibia ningun email, y luego volvió a estar activo. No aceptan reenvolso porque no dejan cancelar.

Oct 15,2018pay attention, in case of cancellation also if you get a refund confirmation mail, the money will not be back on your credit card. Many other comment on this side are reporting the same. Hope soon a authority will stop this bad attitude, Also I am very surprised that credit cards support such unfair operators.

Oct 13,2018I have serious questions about this company. They take bookings for rooms that don't exist. When you specify that you want cancellation insurance, only after you book do they tell you, "sorry, it's not available. This reservation is non-refundable." My credit card company wisely declined the charge, but that froze my card for several hours which meant during that time I couldn't make a booking elsewhere. And nowhere on the site do they let you know that they are actually located in Turkey--I found that out from my credit card company. Bad news. A few months later: The website galahotels.com is no longer working. The company was obviously a fraud, and is probably continuing to operate under some new name. Trustpilot didn't like my original review because I stated I thought they might be a scam--but I was completely right. Google them and see what dozens of other folks who fell for their scams have to say.

Oct 13,2018I made a reservation for Hilton reforma Mecico city. Was $188 everywhere else, but $120 at Glalhotels.com. The confirmation email was late, so I confirmed with Hilton directly. The website was genuine. I recommend this website. It is not scam.

Oct 13,2018Geld (281 Euro) wird nicht zurückerstattet trotz kostenfreier Stornierungsoption. Emails sind Standardemails, die mir die Rückerstattung bestätigen, aber auf meiner Kreditkarte ist bis heute nichts eingegangen, Werde das Geld über meine Bank zurückziehen!!

Oct 09,2018Warnung, bucht ja nicht über diese Seite! Normalerweise bin ich ja immer kritisch bei Websites, die ich nicht kenne. Ich weiss wirklich nicht, warum ich ausgerechnet bei dieser (teuren) Hotelbuchung nicht zuerst abgeklärt habe, was es mit dieser Buchungsseite auf sich hat. Ich bereue meine Unvorsichtigkeit zutiefst! Wir haben das Kempinski Hotel auf Mahe auf den Seychellen über diese Website gebucht. Da wir das Hotel zuerst einen Tag zu früh gebucht haben, haben wir diese Buchung wieder storniert, wie es gemäss den Bestimmungen kostenlos möglich war. Das Geld wird bei der Buchung sogleich von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Leider haben wir das Geld bis heute (zwei Monate nach der Stornierung!) nicht zurück erhalten. Wir werden der Kreditkartenfirma diesen Fall nun als möglichen Betrug melden. Leider hatten wir das Hotel sogleich nochmals mit den richtigen Daten gebucht. Jetzt wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir in ein anderes Hotel verlegt werden sollen, welches sich an einem ganz anderen Ort auf der Insel befindet, da das Hotel kein Zimmer für uns habe. Für uns völlig inakzeptabel, da wir einerseits in das Kempinski Hotel wollen und Freunde von uns auch dort sein werden. Ich habe mich bereits betreffend beiden Angelegenheiten mehrmals über mein Kundenkonto und per E-Mail beschwert, es kommen jedoch immer nur kurze Vertröstungen, dass man das Geld in wenigen Tagen erhalten werde (was dann nicht der Fall ist) oder dass man sich betreffend dem Hotel bald mit uns in Verbindung setzen wird, was dann ebenfalls nicht der Fall ist. Nachdem ich nach unseren Problemen betreffend der Stornierung bei Trustpilot die schlechten Bewertungen gesehen habe, hatte ich mich vorsorglich beim Hotel nach unserer Reservierung erkundigt, worauf mir das Hotel eine Reservierung (jedoch auf ein Zimmer einer tieferen Kategorie!) bestätigte. Nachdem ich nach der angekündigten Relocation dann GalaHotels die Bestätigung des Hotels geschickt habe, dass das Hotel eine Reservierung auf mich lautend bestätigt habe und es daher nicht stimmen könne, dass das Hotel kein Zimmer für uns anbieten könne, wie von ihnen behauptet wird, habe ich seit drei Wochen nichts mehr von GalaHotels gehört. Unser Aufenthalt steht jetzt kurz bevor und ich weiss immer noch nicht, ob wir ins Kempinski Hotel können. Also nochmals, bucht ja nicht über diese Seite, Geld erhält ihr nicht mehr zurück und bei weiter bestehenden Buchungen versucht man euch in irgendwelche andere Hotels zu verschieben.

Oct 04,2018I have the same problem with this website. Booked a hotel, a few days later cancelled it. 21 days have passed and they haven't returned any money yet. I contacted galahotels and the only respond I got was "The refund has been processed by our side, please check with your bank in following 2-3 days.", but I haven't got any money.

Oct 03,2018They robbed me They robbed me! They said full price then when I went to the hotel they charge me an additional $35. Someone asked for me to send the bill. I did 2 months ago several times no response. They lie, they cheat! PLEASE do not use them. Also tell them you we're going to use them but after my review you decided not to. Oct 02,2018Un año después, con más de 20 emails de reclamación con solicitud de ponerse en contacto conmigo, GalaHotels jamas me contestó ni me devolvió el dinero que se llevaron de la falsa reserva de 2 noches en Cuba. Una verdadera estafa en toda regla sin servicio de atención al cliente para dar la cara. Lamentable. Anda que si no tuvieran la sede en Turquía...

Oct 30,2018Galahotels and Bentley by Molton Istanbul Hotel is extremely dubious and very deceitful. From Galahotels I booked a 20m2 double room and the hotel gave me a cold single room of 10m2. The Hotel Bentley by Molton Harun bey (the manager there) said us that Galahotel always tricked guests in this way. He said that Galahotels shows you a 20m2 but books a single room in our hotel. So I paid for a double room and get a single room for 2 persons!!! In Switzerland back I complained online to Galahotels at Mr Nuri Devrim, but he did not respond to my request but has just closed my complaint without editing. I have no choice but to sue Galahotels. Please do not fall for the tricks of Galahote and Bentley by Molton Istanbul!!!
