ngn med denna adress/företag, har begärt att dra drygt 384 skr, men jag vet ingenting om detta, ej heller finns mail eller kopia på ev order, har sökt via mail men får ingen kontakt, jag har talat med min bank, och de ser heller inget, om vad detta är, så jag har spärrat mitt kort tillfälligt, och hoppas få veta vad detta är - om det gäller spam/stöld av pengar eller vad det är, om det hinner dras beloppet, så kommer jag att polisanmäla detta, om det inte framkommer vad som gäller

Galaxy sports sold me a pair of faulty shoes on 9th July 2023. One pair of the shoes was damaged. I contacted them for a refund. I need the shoes for job interviews. Ben told me to return the shoes. I did, they never gave me the refund. Every week since the 17th July I have been trying to contact them, through emails and telephone calls. There is no response. I am unwell with heart disease and cannot cope with this stress. Please give me my refund. Order no: GS345298.

I still havnt received my order 7 days after purchase! I sent 3 messages (one on the day of purchase) to ask about the progress of my order because on my account it makes out asthough I have 2 orders, one states dispatched and the other states cancelled. I have had no email to confirm order, order despatch and expected delivery date either so didn't know if the cancelled order status was right. Today on the 7th day I receive an email to ask me for a review... My order is my daughters birthday present so just hope I receive it tomorrow. I understand the fact it hasn't been delivered maybe down to the delivery service but communication would be nice and for you to reply to messages.
