I love the controller but the service was questionable because I did get a day late and I feel they could of gotten it to me quicker and I hope for a better experience next time.

I have ordered several custom kits and they have all been great quality. Only one time was my order missing a few pieces and they shipped the missing parts to me right away with no cost to me. Great company.

Its performance and activation of the mods is smooth right through gameplay. I purchase the gears of war addition ,with the red on black crimson scolls and Crome bumpers. I spent $138.00 dollars,The remote is sexy and is worth every penny. I'm loving it like McDonald's. This will make a awesome Christmas gift trust me.

They were very friendly through the whole experience except they didn't get my controller right the first time. Even through that though they still performed pretty well when it came to repairing my controller and getting back to me.

I brought a controller from them and after 3 months it came, at the beginning it was missing up and then it stop working. we sent it back to them and after a month they tell us that there is liquid damage in it and that we open it up and they found rice in it. That had never happen and when I complain they got very rude with me, told me they will do nothing for me and then ask if I wanted the rice return with the unfix controller . Do not waste your money on there overprice controller. They will not stand behind there items

My controller were great, and the staff was very helpful and friendly overall. I would recommend Gamermodz for the best controller and mods on the market. My controller was exactly as is was shown on-screen, and was even better in real life. Thanks Gamermodz!

They were super friendly with my purchase took them a little bit but once it was shipped it was here in a great manner. The controller had a problem I emailed them and they took care of it for me. Over all pretty great

GamerModz has the best customer service, response time is incredibly fast. Overall from start to finish my order was done in a timely manor and absolutely perfect. The shipping only took 1 day from Florida to Washington state! The mods work perfect and the controllers are very well built, the high gloss finish on the controller gives it that extra x factor. I have bought a controller for the xb1 and ended up buying 1 also for the 360 due to the straight up awesomeness of this controller. The customer service is extremely rapid on their response and effective at fixing issues. They will be my 100% go to for modded controllers.
