Controller was just as my son requested. Pretty fas turn around time for the holidays and a custom built controller. As long as it holds up Ill be satisfied.
I have received a controller on two separate occasions from GamerModz and both times, there has not been a single issue. I have received the controller in 7 days, from the date of the order going through - this is US to UK shipping also, so over the moon with that. The controllers themselves have looked as good as I had hoped and also worked as they should. I did have an issue with the first controller but because of the fast reply from customer service (very quick and professional response), I found out that the fault was mine for using a rechargeable battery pack that wasn't powerful enough to power the controller. Having the printed out instructions included in the box also helped me to get up and running quicker than I had hoped, also. I would recommend GamerModz and their products to anyone who asks me where they should go for a custom controller!
I ordered a custom controller for my son for Christmas. They upgraded my shipping for free to make sure I had it in time.it looks awesome and he loves it!

I love my controller, but even with the online videos and downloadable directions the controller can be difficult to configure. I wish the controller had come with written directions.
I placed an order on the 2nd day of December expecting more than enough time for delivery. It is now 1:20 am Christmas morning and no controller to give my son. I emailed the company and was told my order was going out the next day and would receive a conformation email. Never did. After about 3 days, I call them and are told the shell had a crack, was redone and they bumped up my order to priority so I would get it in time for Christmas! Hopefully when I finally do get the controller it works properly.

AND I WAS TOLD THAT IT HAS SHIP THAT I SHOULD GET THEM BY 12-20-2013 OR 12-21-2013 TODAY 12-24-2013 AND NOTHING SPEND 110.00 DOLLARS ( BY THE WAY IT WAS 50% OFF ?) Product was orderd on 12/6 and I was assured the item would be sent on 12/16. As of 12/23 item still not shipped. Credit card charged $167.00 Thia is a scam. Do not order from these people
Had a somewhat bad experience overall customer service was excellent took forever to get ahold of them though, but as far as getting merchandise shipped on time was not to cool. True it takes time to build, my wait was nearly month an guess what still waiting lol:(
False advertisement. Would not recommend. Play legit. This controller does not make an impacting difference. Quick scope mode is broken.

I am very frustrated b/c I ordered this custom controller on 12/1/13 and it still hasn't arrived yet. According to the tracking email, it was shipped on 12/16/13, then as of 12/20/13 it was in Tampa, Florida and as of 12/23/13 today it's in Orlando!!! I live in WV. I am going to be very disappointed if it doesn't arrive for Christmas.
Don't mind spending $161 for a super cool looking controller as my son's only Christmas present. Just received and opened yesterday and immediately some issues were present with quality. Waiting till Monday to speak with GamerModz and although we didn't purchase insurance, we did expect a top quality product. Hopefully they can help us understand and or correct the issues. My son is an expert gamer and knows modded controllers and we've taken it to another home for a second experience and system to compare. Hopefully we get the info and resolution needed to be as happy as we hoped to be upon purchasing. The real review of GamerModz will be how it goes from here. A little nervous but it may be a simple fix or some information needed. I hope we only have praises for GamerModz after speaking with them tomorrow when they are open.
When I got my controller I noticed that one of the buttons (select) on the controller was halfway colored. I bought blue buttons to replace the default black controller buttons. Half of the select button is blue the other half is clear, making it look uneven. I am a little upset about it, since this is a cosmetic issue that you can clearly see, not sure how the creators of the controller could have missed this. Other than this blemish as far as for cosmetic reasons, the product was exactly what I ordered.

This is my second purchase from GamerModz. I was extremely satisfied with the transaction the first time, it was a great remote I used with the Xbox 360 for a long time. Once I purchased the Xbox one I immediately knew I wanted another remote. The first time I bought a remote, I was happy with the amount of time it toom to get here. (under 7 days) However this time it is taking over 15 days to get here. This is a disappointment for me. I even payed however many extra dollars for a bit faster shipping. If I wasn't already acquainted with the company I would be freaking out that ot wasn't here by now. I proceeded to email the conpany to make sure it was coming and I recieved a nice email saying it would ship the next day. Still a great company but if this hadn't of been the second time ordering this review would be lower.
They make amazing controller shells and inserts and i love my Blue candyseaskulls controller! Its sick and looks really really professionally made:) would definitely but more shells and inserts from here if i needed to and i would most definitely buy a new modded controller if my other one breaks:) 100% satisfied

Well, after waiting 18 days (they advertise 4-6 business days to construct & 2 day shipping) for my PS4 SPS-X3 modded controller which was $148 dollars (they add in costs to mod parts of the controller even if they don't change anything). If I'm not changing the color of the D-pad/Trigger/Thumb-sticks, why are there extra cost for those parts when they come with the standard controller? I received my controller, which I was very excited for and the button that would be "O" was stuck in the depressed position. Ok, minor issue but still, why wasn't that checked before it was shipped? Then after playing BF4 for an hour I realized that the L1 button didn't work at all. I tried the L1 button with two other games, thinking this only happened with the controller when its programed to be in rapid fire/selected fire mode. NOPE! It just doesn't work. So what do I do, I call the contact number they advertise, which pretty much sends you to voice mail 9 out 10 times. After leaving 3 messages and not receiving a return call after 48hrs, I decided I was just gonna sit on the phone and repeatedly call that advertised number AGAIN. 25 calls and 35 minutes later I was able to finally speak to a human(who was very nice). Listen, I ordered on on November 29th and I know that its the holiday season but just as they advertise they are the "only company" with "Rapid-fire" PS4 controllers. On that same page inform your customer they may experience a shipping/production delay. Look Im just a regular guy who works hard for his money and probably shouldn't be spending it on video games/accessories. But my wife somehow got her hands on a PS4 and I wanted to support a SMALL BUSINESS while attempting to CHEAT(get an edge in multiplayer). Unfortunately this experience just disappoints me and makes me lean towards MAINSTREAM websites/companies. Supposedly GamerModz is going to email me a return label. I spoke with their very nice female employee at 12pm on the 12/20 she said would email me on 12/21 with a printable return label. I am writhing this review at 11:18 on 12/21 and still NO emailed return label. I just don't get it!!!!!! Update as of 12/26 10:47 - STILL NO RETURN LABEL EMAIL!!! CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE?
