Apr 18,2015I ordered a "parts only package" including a shell, abxy buttons, thumbsticks, and triggers. Because of my excitement, I checked daily to see if my order had progressed. Within two days, it was "in testing" which I thought was odd for just buttons, but figured it was just a common step for all orders. Over the next two weeks, it was still in the same step. I was trying to be patient, but decided to email customer service one night to inquire about my order. By 8 am the next morning I had reply stating one of my chosen parts were on back order. The offered to send what they had, and send the remainder when the parts got in. Two days later I got my order, and another 2 days I had the rest. Originally I was a little frustrated, but their customer service and their timely response made up for it all. I'm already planning my next order

Apr 18,2015these controllers are amazing. i've checked all around the internet, but no one satisfies me as much as these guys! Their pricing, along with their mods are amazing! and to top it off, they always have good deals going!!!!!!

Apr 17,2015This controller I bought looks and acts great, just a little tip though, always make sure not to use mods on other non fps games, as it gets a little annoying. Great item would recommend to a friend!

Apr 11,2015It took longer than we expected to arrive due to our color choice being out of stock at the time. But when it arrived, it was so worth the wait. My 14 year old son loves this controller. Everything works as promised. The juggernaut mode is great. When it quit working properly we emailed the company who very politely suggested to us that we refresh the batteries and use only name brand batteries. Worked like a charm. Customer service was prompt and courtious. We will be buying an Xbox one controller in the future.

Mar 30,2015My son loves his custom controller. It looks good and works well. I had an issue because 2 day shipping took 13 days. Customer service blamed the post office and my email going to their junk mail file. It wasn't until day 16 they tried to file a claim, missing my son's birthday by a week. It cost $12 for priority shipping but they made no apologies or shipping adjustments.

Mar 23,2015I love my new controller! The mods work exactly as described and in only a few hours of play, I'm already used to turning the mods I use on and off as I need. My controller had some problems after mailing the first time I received it, but GamerModz repaired the issue at their own cost and had my controller back to me by the end of the week! That's great customer service! Now I can use my mods as I need while playing online multiplayer games, seamlessly switching between mods in real time! This controller is great fun and gives me the competitive edge I need.

Mar 23,2015I had bought 2 Xbox one modded controllers, one for each of my sons. One had an issue due to being a chrome case. Tech support was great. I picked out a different case and problem fixed. We use the mods for zombies another shooters. Anyways, great product and great customer service.

Mar 20,2015i received it in the time they said i would (about 2 weeks) and all the mods work that i paid for (the $180 juggernaut special, fully loaded) but within about 2 weeks of having it the custom paint began to peel, and now a month and a half later, the backs of both handles is almost completely gone, but other than that it is working great and just as expected. So the only reason not a 5 star is the paint job, needs improvement.

Mar 18,2015Before I went to Gamermodz, I did some research into the mod controller business and everywhere I went the reviews always said Gamermodz was the best and many of their products are rehashed by other companies. I have since bought two controllers and various parts and accessories from Gamermodz and have not been disappointed! They have some of the best customer service I have yet to see and they offer quality products and a great website. I only wish I could have found you guys earlier!

Mar 16,2015All in all my experience with gamermodz has been positive while utilizing their service I have purchased two of their controllers In the past 3 years and while both controllers ended up being great, I have one problem that could have been handled better. they did not disclose to me upon first purchasing the remote control that there was a problem with their chrome shells. if this had been disclosed in the first place i wouldn't have purchased in the first place, opting instead with a different layout. however when making them aware of the problem their customer service rep was a bit bothered by my call as if I'm inconveniencing him! if I'm dropping $200 on a controller I expect it to be working when I get it. I understand there can be problems with anything, however some kind of compensation for this inconvenience and withholding of information was a bit disrespectful. After the remod my controller came out great, but took over a month for the order to be completed.

Mar 15,2015Our purchase of a custom controller was a present for my son's 13th birthday. He found the website & picked everything out himself. I was able to check progress on his controller through the account we set up. It was shipped in a reasonable time for something being custom made. Most importantly it works and he is happy with it!

Apr 20,2015I've bought two controllers from then and one had a thumb stick problem they fixed it for free and shipped it back and it worked there company is great I would so but from then again and recommend them to every one who wants to buy a controller there very study and they colors are awesome if I could give ten stars I would so recommend
