I was tracking the delivery but when I was supposed to have received it on a Wednesday and it still wasn't in my box on Friday I quickly called it find out what I needed to do. Unfortunately every time I called I would wait in the call queue listening to the automated message for 15 minutes and then get disconnected. I decided to just email my issue. This received a quick response with a phone call and an email back to me.

Dec 16,2016Bought the jug mod with pro buttons and love the re mapable buttons on the back makes jumping and sliding easier on cod since my thumb never leavers the stick, I am happy with it! It's fun pissing people off hahaha

Dec 06,2016Originally I had an issue with the order missing a couple small pieces. I emailed GamerModz about the issue and they replied within a few minutes letting me know they where shipping me the missing pieces that same afternoon. This is the kind of customer service evey company should have.
