Oct 30,2016The shipping was prompt and on time. The website made it very easy to track my purchase as well as laying out a very detailed list of what I had purchased for my custom controller. Because of a rare skin condition I've lost a lot of the mobility in my hands. When I was younger I used to actually play games on a very high professional level now with the rapid fire functions on this controller I can feel like I used to when I'm online and I don't have to worry about my skin cracking her bleeding. This truly is one of the best gaming products that I've ever purchased in my life and I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend it to any of my friends or any gamer that I meet on the street. The product isn't only splendidly functional it's a work of art I highly recommend getting a custom paint job for your controller my glosed black controller with red and orange paint splatter matches my personality perfectly.

Oct 30,2016I got my controller and it was amazing. When I ordered my controller online, I had forgotten to add the SPS-X1 mod and I emailed them to see if I could add it on after the fact. I got a reply right away saying no problem. The bill was sent to me soon after, I paid it and everything went on as scheduled. When I received my controller in the next few days, I couldn't get the SPS-X1 mod to work. I called customer service the following day, and after following his commands, he determined the mod had not been added to the controller. The controller had to be sent back for repair, shipping paid for by GamerModz. Except for the minor setback, the customer service and the fast replies, plus the beautiful work done to the controller leads me to continue to be a customer.

Sep 19,2016Best item I have ever bought for my Xbox1. got the controller quickly, from the moment I open the box I had the full support of the techs at Gamermodz, Ex. they got in a custom game online and walked me through the whole set up. This controller changed my game 100% my K/D was not very good now I finish in the top 3 almost every time.. I liked it so much I bought 1 for my son and he fell in love with it from day one.. "If your not using one of these controller you are not optimizing your game play"!!! Thanks guys you truly are the best....

Jun 07,2016I ordered a controller and had problems right away ,it just didn't work so they did do a tech call and couldn't solve it so they had me send them one of my old controllers and they said they could give me what I ordered that way ,but again when I got it back ,it doesn't work and I haven't heard back from then since ,they were supposed to call me but they haven't called so in the end I paid for nothing . Very unsatisfied, wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

Jun 05,2016I was skeptical at first having ordered a red Xbox one modded controller. I thought it would end up being more slightly pink, and feel cheap and be a half a@@ working controller. Thought it would take forever to come. I was wrong on all fronts. It came very promptly, was the beautiful red I was hoping it would be, and the simplicity of the functionality is amazing! 10/10 and considering buying a ps4 version from them. Very happy.

May 20,2016I ordered the customizable controller on April 6, ordered 2 day shipping, and didn't receive it until the beginning of May. I called multiple times with no responses. Finally when I got responses, they were all completely different. Anyway, the controller is really awesome. Great stuff. Just disappointed with the customer service
