I ordered a living room package on August 8th and was told that the product is “on back order” but “is on the way”, and was given a “5-10day” time frame for the product to be in stock so I went ahead and ordered it. 2weeks after, the product is still not available and was told that it will be available by september 1st. I spoke with the customer service and with the sales agent and was promised that the product will be delivered to my house on sept 3rd. No product was delivered. I called again and was told the product is still “on back-order” and will be available “sometime next week”. They dont know the exact day of when the product will be available; they said they do not have control about delivery, & they dont know where exactly the product is. This is totally unacceptable. I would have not ordered this product if the sales agent did not say that it will be available in “5-10days.” Do not order from this place. They give you the wrong information and customer service/staff does not want to help you at all. It’s been a month and I still dont have the living room package I ordered.

Salesperson was great. Delivery guys were great. Only issue I had was an error with listed phone number was incorrect and tried calling both the number on my receipt and the number listed on the email verification. Nobody called me back from either number.
Delivery was prompt and on-time. The two-man delivery team did a great job of setting new furniture in place, taking away old furniture and cleaning up protective covering.
Did not bring cleaning kit so I had to go back and get it which is fine but when I ordered furniture I asked to get it then . Of course sales said NO “ you will get it day of delivery “. So wasted trip just give it to us when we order save your customer. Trip
The young lady Alyssa was very sweet and helpful and most of all she wasn't pushy. We looked at several samples of couches I asked about I left and came back 4 days later and bought one from her because she was so helpful. The two young men that delivered the couch were respectful and very efficent in their job and were in with the new and out with the old in a matter of minutes very pleased.
Good service, friendly, delivery went well also.

Great experience from sales to delivery. Everything was exactly as expected, everyone paid attention to detail to ensure complete satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised with how effortless the entire process was. Love the truck tracking option so I didn’t have to sit home for hours waiting.

They were late for delivery and did not receive cleaning material that was supposed to be delivered.
They never scheduled my delivery and I couldn’t get through to anyone for 4 hours.
