Aug 30,2019I was given a time of 12 -3 this morning. At 11:30, they changed the est to 1:40 - 2:40. I left with my son here. Did not get a call when they were on there way, but got a call before 1 saying they were here. Way before the time and no call to let me know they were on the way. I said I would be there in 15 minutes, but got my son on the boat. They were on the dock yelling at the delivery guy before he got in the truck so he would not leave. He left and my tracking now says the order was complete. I have nothing.

Aug 30,2019They delivered when they said they would. The delivery guys put it in my basement without hitting anything. It was put together, tested, everything worked and all in 15 minutes. Looks beautiful in my new basement man cave.

Aug 30,2019my sales rep was very nice and helpful the day I made my purchase however I gave a 3 star because when I returned to make a change on my purchase (which was previously approved before I made my purchase) I not only waited 3+ hours but I also was denied the change. I left the store very disappointed, I thought I would get better customer service than that. I left the store very unhappy and upset about my purchase!
