Jul 23,2022I was very impressed. I realised that I had very little gas left in my bbq bottle and placed an order Sunday night. On Monday at around noon, the doorbell rang and there was the driver with the new bottle. My wife was home and did not know how to disconnect the bottle from the bbq, so the driver did it for her. Super service! Very impressed indeed!

Jul 22,2022Used to go to Homebase to buy refills but was encouraged to look for alternatives after venturing there to find out they didn’t have any in stock for the 2nd time. Paid the extra £6 for next day and was amazed to get a defined time slot and text messages updating progress. Representative showed within the small time window and the entire transaction was less than Homebase. I’m now converted and look forward to this being my go to service in the future. Jul 20,2022Price and time of delivery excellent. The BUT is that the website asked me to upload delivery/pickup instructions. Despite me doing this, the driver ignored/was unaware of them. Normally I am unable to answer my phone during the day. Luckily on this occasion I was able to answer. As a result I was able to give the information required to complete the delivery. Ordinarily this lack of care in reading the instructions would have resulted in an aborted delivery - ie me being let down.
