Friendly staff, nice product. The only down side was that we got a notification of the delivery time slot 30min before the actual delivery. It would be great if we can get a notification a day or two in advance. Thanks!

Up until this occasion I've only ever used the DIY superstores to exchange my gas bottle. I'm now sold on getting an exchange delivered, you don't have to worry about making a trip and finding they are out of stock and it's cheaper. Does require a little forward planning and so you can't leave it to the last moment.

I had an issue with the igniter on our fire pit. The fire pit is just about 1 year old, but there were no questions ask. Gasdepot contacted me very quickly about my issue & agreed to replace the igniter without any hesitation. Excellent service from a company I wouldn't hesitate using again.
