They called before they came and when they arrived which was very satisfying. The delivery was also very quick, there prices are competitive, very happy with the service. My 3rd time dealing with GD, and very disappointed. I am writing this in Janaury. I ordered a replacement bottle on the 22nd, and i heard no more (even after emailing gasdepot to ask whats going on with my order) until it was delivered on the 28th. I feel this was deliberate seeing as with my two prior orders I also declined to pay extra for next day delivery. Perhaps they were out of gas that week seeing as it is January, but i gave them the chance to inform me that via email which has still not been replied too. It has shown that customers are not valued ( For all they know i could be a pensioner living alone etc)
